3:24 Good idea. I've never really messed with this house partially due to all the dirt. Your lore makes a lot of sense. 4:50 Nice use of that Vault Tec window. 6:14 The slanted warehouse piece as a sign is pretty cool. Nice funky junky feel. 8:20 I like the scaffolding inside this room. A long long time ago SarDeliac showed a shack with scaffolding inside that the devs had put in 76. He seemed to think that particular shack could not be duplicated in vanilla Fo4. I built the shack and had planned to upload a tutorial of it but never got around to it. Eventually I lost that save file. As fate would have it I built that shack here on Spectacle. Just up the hill past that brahmin pen you can see at 4:28 in your vid. Really cool to see you do something similar here. 9:10 The lights fit well there. Great idea. 11:46 Always love using that corner wall with the blue plywood backwards like that. 12:04 The programmers couldn't even get the guy *in Diamond City* to stop saying "I need to get back to Diamond City one of thes........" when I was playing last night. 14:53 Is there any other form of cat? All my cats have been loud. Usually around 3AM or so. Well done once again. I did notice you have parts 2-4 on your blog so I'm heading there next.
Re: the house, thank you! Honestly, without mods that's about ALL I could think of to do. This is one case where mods would come in handy. Honestly the programmers should have just let us scrap the whole bloody thing. The Vault-Tech window is neat. I wish we had vertical versions! I think I first used the slanted sign at my Starlight build. I'm reusing the idea with different pieces at my current build at Coastal Cottage. The scaffolding frames are really super useful and very "soft", allowing a lot of glitching possibilities. Those walls glitched right in without a problem! I'd be curious to see the shack Sar built. Re: the lights on the Raider cover - I actually wondered if it made any sense to have lights on them, but decided after a while that they looked really nice so I'd just do it. The corner wall glitch in is one of my staples now. I think the textures you get from it are simply wonderful. Ha ha, yeah. I would love it if say, two NPCs are at the bar one asks the other "How was your day?" or something, and the other offers a quick response. Maybe in Fallout 5? Loud cats = Reality reflected in Fallout! Thanks again for writing! I'll be getting part two of the video series up in a week or so. :)
Didn't realize till seeing this vid that you also had FO4 content on the channel as well. Still re-install the game myself now and then when a new mod comes around that I want to play. Last time was after the final chapter of Sim Settlements came out, now looking forward to Fallout: London dropping.
Enfin le retour de Monsieur Benson, le meilleur constructeur sur Fallout 4. Comme toujours tu as fais du travail d'artiste 👍 J'aimerais presque y vivre pour de vrai😉
It's awesome to see a fellow student council member creating content! I am completing my Spectacle Island rebuild and I just searched for no mod builds to see what others had done and was happy to see your name, which I recognized from the After Skooled Club. Great build so far, keep up the terrific work!
Loved the build, as always. It must’ve been a challenge working on the old broken house. Did you finish up the rest of the build and plan on recording the tours or are you working on the the rest of the island? I did want to raise up a small concern, in Spectacle Island if you go to the edge of an island there is a real possibility that the other side of the island will despawn and unload any settlement work. This may be concerning if all the junk you placed fall down
Thanks for watching and writing! The entire build was done when I took this video. I had to do all of the videos at once because the crashing was causing decoration items to fall through floors left and right. I am not kidding, I must have reloaded saves 20x to get the footage in this series! And you're right about the island. The way it manifested in my game was consistent loss of power as I walked from one side of the settlement to the other. I wound up giving each side its own Fusion Generator! :D
I have many other videos! You can see the playlist here: th-cam.com/play/PLL7szv6GhC7KshAcZl808XEBFS_zrbJKX.html I have not built at Abernathy because in this game my Sanctuary is broken so it keeps crashing and with Abernathy so close to it, I'd be asking for trouble if I built it up. I do plan to do a whole new playthrough in the future where I will build up Abernathy!

Beautiful build again. On placed items, I have a heck of a time with them falling through the tables or such they are placed on when next I arrive. Cant even keep comfy pillow on beds in most places. Is there a trick to this? Thanks again.
This is sadly something no mods builders have to simply deal with. Almost all my settlement decoration items eventually fall or disappear. I take these videos pretty much *right* after I decorate to get maximum effect.
You have great builds. How many times do you reset your building bar to avoid crashing, and what graphic card do you use? Heck let me know your CPU and RAM same time if you don't mind :)
In general I find you're good if you stick with 2 size bars. The problem is I get too ambitious so I always go for 3, and for the most part this makes settlements unstable on my PS5, though I honestly wonder how they would perform on a PC.
How EXACTLY can you glitch workshop stuff into walls? Can you maybe make a small tips and tricks video for settlement building? I would love it... i'm not really good at building in fallout, or at fallout in general
@@Spartan_Kounty Place the shop down first. Since it cannot be rug glitched, you have to rug glitch the table over it. Because of the drop, I use the small wooden floor pieces, overlap the table onto the shop, then store the floor piece and the table "drops" into place on top of the shop. :)
I'm still saving this settlement until i finish my architecture bachelor. Lol
