11:57 ಠ_ಠ Fire starters can light torches That's a pretty amazing chunk for this series. The water blocks and all that sand are going to get you into the copper age for sure if you can feed yourself long enough.
Clay does drop out of sand, but it will take you well over three stacks (of panning) for an anvil mold, plus enough for an ingot mold, hammer mold, pick mold, and crucible. Unless you're super lucky. But hopefully you've got more than enough sand there. I think that will be important on a one-chunk world to have enough sand and gravel to do that if you don't have clay.
hi Hypi interesting idea - just a tip you do not need a fire to light torches - you can light with the firestarter faster so long as its not raining and save on firewood.

Ah you I was asking myself what's she gonna do without clay from the first walk around of the chunk. I hope you can get some from panning too. otherwise might need to start world over. Interesting series struggle though.

Sure, I can share the seed, but I'm not sure how that works, if you will get same stuff as me :) I wish I had a crop or 2! LOL I'll look it up and be rightback....

ok I tried the seed and it was almost identical but without the small puddle of water. I just realized that while its the same seed its a random spawn so its not the same. Thank you though. I will watch your progess, I think the one block is a fun challenge.

I tried a couple before I found this one. There are chunks that this would be impossible on!

My only goal is too see how far I can progess, so I am going one step at a time :)

I wouldn't use your axe for leaves empty hand might be slow but tools are going to get scarce
I have a ton of flint, and yes, sticks could be scarce later, but I have a lot of trees coming :)
