      Dear@@carolineswan4044 , Thanks for your message. The subtitles for many of osho talks videos like this one are *_auto-generated_* by TH-cam, so they are not as good as we would like them to be, but the feedback from viewers is that it is still helpful for them to available, so they are enabled. We also share from time to time that maybe its not such a bad thing that you are not understanding some of his words with / without subtitles.
      As Osho says, " *_Listen to me as if you are listening to music. Listen to me as if you are listening to a bird, or to a river. Simply listen passively. To listen passively is to become a learner. To listen passively is to learn. There is no other way to learn_* ."
      "... *_watch me; and what I am saying - listen to it, as you listen to music. Music does not mean much, in fact it doesn't mean at all - it just sounds. But music gives you something of the unknown. Listen to me as if you are listening to music, to a different dimension; don't try to interpret me, don't translate me in your mind, just listen_* ."
      " *_My words are not important. What is important is your silent listening. What is important is that my words are not coming from the mind, but from my deepest silence. Although they cannot contain silence, when they come from the deepest silence something of that silence surrounds them. It is as if you have taken a bath in a lake. You cannot contain the lake, but when you come out of it, something of the lake - the freshness, the coolness, comes with you. The lake is left behind, but some quality of the lake is carried with you_* ." 💕
      Love, OSHO International Team

    I had a very strange experience couple of years back. I came across Oshos videos about 7-8 years ago. At this point I had watched numerous videos and talks of Osho, it was only for entertainment, purposes. I barely understood anything about spirituality. Months passed. And soon I had forgotten him. One morning after work while riding my bike back home. I saw a plastic bag from far away. Yeah, I do tend to pickup random stuff. I was quite curious and wanted to have a look inside, unfortunately, the bag was tied very tight. By the feel and sound, I knew it were some sort of audio cassettes. At this point, I held to the bag while riding back home. After few meters, I had second thoughts and was about to throw the bag away(had doubts it to be anything useful). And tore the Bag open. You will never guess what I had found. All of these cassettes had a picture of a male wearing a long white beard. Yes, it was Osho. On this day, I was introduced to Osho for the 2nd time and he has never left my side since this very day. This journey can't be described with any words. It needs to be felt by every individual through meditation. I wish everyone the best on their spiritual path🙏🙏🙏

      In 1991 i fell sick so i went to a bookshop to find something to read . Didn't know what i was looking for , just
      reached out for one by accident which had the title "Mahamudra" poems of the tibetan mystic Tilopa. Commented
      by a sage named Osho. Took it home and reading the first pages i knew that i had found what i was looking for my
      whole live. An authentic master and while reading his words felt like the sound of running water.
      But what a shock when i read the back-cover. Osho left his body that very year. January 1991 or so.
      In utter frustration i left my job and my appartement , burned all books and left with a small bag Germany.
      I lived for while on the streets in south France where i met a girl while begging. Then i had an accident
      and had to be hospitalized for some months with a broken foot. That girl that i met before was looking for me
      erverywhere and finally found the hospital. She came with something to read. A big volume of Osho's "The way of the white clouds" a title originally from Lama Anagarika Govinda, a tibetan munk.
      After hospital i lived with her and later we travelled to India.
      Live can be strange. I met quite some people with storys like yours and mine.

    I feel osho is pointing out on how one should be concious of life when alive and not on the death bed. If you know the life before, then self need not revind entire life once again for you, as you already know and now you can decide conciously to guide your next step. Else new life takes shape based on the old thoughts and memory, which is most of the times unfulfilled suffering which life throws at you back and repeate entire cycle once again... Humanity needs to get awake🙏.

    I don't usually listen to Gurus and spiritual people. I'm a very rational man, but osho has always been an exception for me. He doesn't not ask anyone to worship him, he just speaks about life from a third person point of view. I used to absolutely hate osho, but I read his work on ".. don't hate something you don't understand, If you love something then love it with full awareness and if you hate, then hate with awareness ". I don't agree with everything he says but some things are so raw and real. He speaks in a form of mediation as a friend.

    Paradoxically, before I managed to liberate my true self from my made-up self, I ran around doing all sorts of things in a kind of "OMG! Time is running out!" state of anxiety. "I must fill my life with experiences so that when I'm old I'll have memories to sustain or entertain me." Or something like that. Now I do so much less. Now my life is simple and fairly peaceful and I'm content to be doing (or not doing) whatever I'm doing. Chores around the house, going for two or three hour walks (from the house, not driving or flying to more and more distant places to have a NEW hiking/walking experience), cooking, reading, listening to music, watching TH-cam videos, sitting, standing, being, etc. WHATEVER. This moment is what it is and it's all good.
    Then I hear a talk like this one and wonder...hmmm, has enlightenment caused me to be wasing my life? But, Osho, I no longer have that old angst that generated desire! I'm content with whatever unfolds in front of me! What to do?!!!
    I've only been "Awake" for less than two years. Maybe life will bestow me with desire or motivation, or whatever, as it continues to unfold? 🤔❓

  • @WeAreAllOneNature
    @WeAreAllOneNature 2 ปีที่แล้ว +10

    Osho basically said here that at the moment of death, people realise that they were wasting time, rather than living it. It is not time that is passing, it is YOU (your life) that is passing - going down the drain - every moment. So don't waste time.

      Marvelous message .

    • @gowtham6822
      @gowtham6822 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @unknown_ There is nothing wrong in that. He is saying that dont hold on to the idea that you are passing the time. We give more importance to the job because it pays money but we see playing games as a hobby. Why cant we keep everything with the same equality? Even if you dont do anything, Still the time will pass. I think this is what he is saying. I may be wrong.

    • @WeAreAllOneNature
      @WeAreAllOneNature 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @unknown_ I think that if you really enjoy it, then those things are not a waste of time. Some people play chess just to kill time (make time pass quickly). Osho is urging us to value, and make the most use of, every precious moment. He wants us to prioritise. He is suggesting that we fill our lives with meaningful things, like walking in Nature, and that we drop the worthless actions.
      I enjoy doing a sudoku and crossword every day, and will carry on. Good brain exercise. Actually, that's why I write summaries under these videos.
      The main thing is to not waste your awesome life on petty, negative thoughts like bitterness, self-pity, and judgement and hatred. Take charge of your emotions. Spend your life wisely. Be positive and joyful.

      Well we pass because time passes . If time wouldn’t pass, then we wouldn’t pass either . We would be infinite

    • @EnlightenedCarnivore
      @EnlightenedCarnivore 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @unknown_ I had the same confusion. Someone commented "be conscious of life" and that explained it for me. If you enjoy it, do it. Even if it's just sitting drinking tea and looking out a window. Or, ya, playing chess. 🙏
