Yeah, I get that. I also heard Mooji speak of praying this way IF at all... 'Thank you, thank you, thank you'🙏🏽... I am blessed to feel this gratitude at times. It is an overflowing feeling; like if a spring were to bubble forth from the ground. But because I am human, I look around and already my mind wants to 'hijack' this magic and go outward towards objects. I want to kiss Everything 'Thank you'. I tell the ants, the moths, my couch, the mug I'm holding 'Thank you'! The beauty is that I 'see' it everytime and the light of consciousness knows the mind. I laugh at myself and let the mind participate too sometimes by making some outward show like dancing, prancing and smooching things... all the while inside gratitude is a steady stream that flows constant and unfluctuating. It's like Existence 'wants' to witness itself. It 'wants' to celebrate and share itself. I feel all the show is just for itself... for it's own joy. This body and human expression is at it's disposal, resisting is futile🙏🏽💜🙏🏽

much respect, but prayer is very mysterious phenomenon. it is very deep and meditative also. it's really hard to explain, but when you pray, you words disappears like in love you are in deep meditation and also you are very happy. sometimes prayer is more accurate sometimes meditation. also all religion have different aspects. all nation have different perception as every person. not every religious man can experience true prayer as not everyone can experience true meditation or true love. also not everyone can become true kung fu master or a great musician or great poet. but when you experience the real quality you will know that this is true or not. you just choose which is closest to you. childish writing cause this is not my native language.

You are twisting what he said. Osho implied god has nothing to do with meditation. Logically you might know the so-called god is All that is, but emotionally you still believe god is a beneficent, authoritarian ruler of the universe. By the way, the word "believe" is the expression of ignorance. You don't have to believe the rock is solid because you know it.

In meditation, you search within for what is there. Who am I? What is this consciousness - this life in me? You have to learn to remain wordless. In those small moments of silence and peace, so much blessing descends. The whole Universe starts pouring upon you. Know and feel reality throbbing within - the heartbeat of existence. There is a thankfulness.''

One of the most interesting words
    in the English language today
    is the word "God".
    It is a magical word
just by its sound it can describe
    pain, pleasure, hate and love.
In language it falls into many grammatical categories.
It can be used as a verb
    both transitive, John God Mary
and intransitive, Mary was God by John,
and as a noun, Mary is a fine God.
It can be used as an objective,
    Mary is God beautiful.
As you can see there are not many
words with the versatility of "God".
    Besides the sexual meaning
there are also the following uses:
Ignorance - God if I know.
    Trouble - I guess I'm God now.
Fraud - I got God at the used car lot.
    Aggression - God you!
Displeasure - what the God is going on here?
Difficulty - I can't understand this God job!
Incompetence - he is a God off.
Suspicion - what the God are you doing?
Enjoyment - I had a God good time.
Request - get the God out of here.
Hostility - I'm going to knock your God head off.
Greeting - how the God are you?
Apathy - who gives a God?
Innovation - get a bigger God hammer.
Surprize - God, you scared the shit out of me!
Anxiety - today is really God.
And it is very healthy too.
If every morning you do it
    as a transcendental meditation.
    Just when you get up,
    first thing, repeat the mantra:
    "God you" five times.
    It clears your throat too.
    OK? 😂

    TWO RESULTS OF PRAYER
Prayer is effective, whether it is a prayer for our own sake or for another’s sake. To see how such a prayer is effective and how it produces results, we have to analyse the nature of prayer itself.
One result of your prayer is immediate, dåñöa-phala. When you pray for something, such as clarity of mind, antaù-karaëa-çuddhi, you recognise another power higher than yourself. You are also accepting the limitation of your own power and knowledge. This is simple pragmatism. To be objective, you must know your limitations. Even when you know your limitations, often you do not want to accept them.
The fact that you can pray is wonderful because it implies an acceptance on your part, not only of your limitations, but also of the existence of a limitless source. This acceptance is a very beautiful thing; it is the immediate result of prayer. You may call it psychological if you wish, but the result is very evident. It is not easy to sit and pray, but when you do, a kind of melting happens. Otherwise, the ego will not let you sit and pray.
There is also an unseen result of prayer, adåñöa-phala, which involves faith. The one who prays, the agent of the
    4 PURPOSE OF PRAYER
action of prayer, says, “This is what I want.” The action and the expressed desire bring about a result, which is subtle in nature, unseen. This unseen result, which we call grace, will manifest in time. It is produced by the action of prayer and accrues to the one who prays.
    Swami Dayananda

Do we know Jainism is not a Dharma, but an Atheistic Adharma (a mat only). Jainism doesn't believe in Bhagwan. Mahavir and all other Tirthankaras denied the existence of Bhagwan without any proof and the Jains call them Bhagwan to mislead the entire world. Further, a Temple is a place where Bhagwan is worshipped, but no Bhagwan is worshipped in any Jain Temples. Hindus also believe in Ahinsa, but no-Ahinsa in killing the enemies. India has been slave due to a great extent by the Jains also.

The word of prayer is supposed to evoke emotion. The emotion in support of the word. And that makes the word a tool to create but not creation itself. That is emotion. Because emotion creates within you, imagination. Visions. Which you sustain within in you and believe will become true. The dream. When you dream, there are no rules. And the great dream ignites from intention and passion with deep emotion.
So prayer is great. It's a tool to become meditative inside and merge with your imagination. The more you do this, regarding the same dream. Eventually it will materialize and manifest as something perceived as real. From higher dimensions to the third and physical.
