I'am reading the original book where Osho talks about the 7 layers of mind. It's a lot to grasp, impossible if you have never meditated. But the deeper you go in meditation the first three seem to exist.
The book is the art of living , a very good read touched on some very deep stuff.

I always questioned the notion of 'Normal' or 'being sane' in psychology, always questioning if it was truly upto the 'sane' people to decide what the normalcy is... I am encountered by a pearl of wisdom I never thought to encounter.. my perceptions have changed to a whole new level. I really admire this man..not a follower but will admire the way he brings out the normalcy which is much needed to be understood.

Regardless of what the media has portrayed him, this is one very special one-of-a-kind individual. To send a message like that is worth so much, the power of words and teachings can offer so much peace, so much more peace than most religions. This man had to be a true Buddha
Paid media existed then too like today. Enlightened spiritual leaders like Oshoji are a threat to the Political leaders as they will ignite the ignorant slaves in society and dethrone the political leaders....hence Oshoji was negatively portrayed by paid media

The greatest thing we can do for ourselves, is to question everything… How can anything be truth for the self if it is not in your own experience? Immediately it will become “believe”…. Believe has absolutely nothing to do with any truth… The intelligent one, or the seeker will always look for the actual experience… Existence can never be “known” it can only be experienced… We all have to make that conscious choice for ourselves. Do we settle with the things we “think” we know or do we have the courage to look beyond, or even better; inward… 🙏🏼

When he came to oregon ,I remember the swat team knocking on our door, oshos followers were off the chain, people were wearing red and acting as if they were in a trance!! I was just a young teen and saw what I called human dog houses, his ideas were radical but effective.

Human existence is based on polarities..and there is no knowledge of consciousness until you know your unconscious..you can't know what day is unless you know what night is.
You cannot skip certain steps, you cannot know that you read if you have not mastered the letters, you cannot know consciousness if you have not met before and discovered your unconscious, and vice versa.
It would be nice to hear Osho and Jung dialogue on this topic 😊

Most of the time he explains very clearly about meditation and consciousness. But very rarely I find difficult to understand some of his lectures even though he explains very clearly or atleast he is trying to. I hope I'm not this dumb..
