36 y.o. started Muay Thai trainings month ago, feel SO MUCH better in both physicals and mental ways (except bruisers, lol) . Seriously, I've heard lot of times that sports make you feel good but didn't imagine it will work out for me in such way

Allgemein, wenn man hier die Zelte abbricht brauch man ja etwas an der Seite für Notfälle etc. Mir geht es allgemein ums auswandern wie man da vorgeht, Rente, Einkommen um dauerhaft über die Runden zu kommen, Versicherung und und und. Muay Thai ist natürlich auch interessant, besonders wenn man für Schulen kämpft.

Hi Riley, same issue here 🙌 That’s why I am probably a knee fighter. We have to stretch every day to see improvements. It’s also my biggest weakness so far

Hi Pierrot, good question! I am making money from my own business, I still work a lot during the day, so it‘ not that I am just training and fighting 😊 Depend on your lifestyle, you can live here with 1000€ per month
@@muaymichael1000€ in thailand per month?? Is that so expensive country? In most european countries you can live lower than that and in some european countries just 300 euros per month. I think 1000€ per month is quite high standard. Any way nice work in muay thay honestly very good 💪

Then normally you don’t just stay at home all day, you want to experience something, make tours, try out some restaurants, pay a scooter or a car on a monthly basis, gas… MT training 2x a day is also is 10,000 baht, so yeah 😄 I don’t think 300€ is enough
