Girlfriend, I totally feel you! I remember, after walking away from my "career" and just healing for about 4 months, I woke up one morning COMPLETELY AT PEACE. I had been waking up for so long already in a full-blown panic attack that I didn't even know that there was anything different, or even that I was in panic. To wake up without that quaking from the inside, that anxiety that just ruled my days and my nights, was a brand new beginning! I remember thinking, "What is this stillness? I think I like this!" And the healthier I get, the less outside of that I can tolerate. Similarly, the cleaner I eat, the less crap my body is willing to deal with. When we know and live health and truth, nothing less will do.

Just 2 days ago, I finally, at 66 realized my lifelong health issues are tied to my childhood trauma of abuse, betrayal and neglect. That not until I healed my Dysregulated nervous system would my gut and health issues heal. Watching your intro nearly broke me. I’ll be signing up for your ecourse. I’ve been looking for the right course with a desired focus on The Most High and His place in our healing. Isaiah 43:18-19 “Remember ye not the former things, neither regard the things of old. Behold, I do a new thing; now shall it come forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a way in the desert, and floods in the wilderness.” ❤️ I finally feel hope that this vicious cycle can stop.

I'm suspecting I have AS as well! I've noticed stress and food triggers me the most.. Stress also triggers poor choices foodwise, and so the cycle begins.. I get a lot of relief from intermittent fasting and cleaning up my diet, only then does the fatigue lessen, THEN I can start moving.. Preferably with gardening and household chores and only then I'm able to prioritise hiking. It's such a sticky situation, hard to get out of the spiral! Much love to you.

You are so right about how the body handles the responses with the nervous system. I drink lemon water in the morning every day and make sure I'm getting a good dose of probiotics daily ☺️ that has made all the difference in the world. That and walking away from stressors/stressful situations/people who complain all incessantly. Listening to worship/Christian music all day everyday. Breathing and walking barefoot in the grass when I can (when it's warm enough to do so). I'm treating myself better and keeping my thoughts on beautiful things... Even while the world/enemy of our souls is attempting to tear all of us to shreds. Keeping my mind on Christ has shifted the way people respond to me. It's also easier to not take bad responses personally. Thank you for your channel and your God given gifts of encouragement and God's healing. 🤍 Be blessed!

I can relate to everything you shared here. I think a lot of us can even if not the same symptoms it all comes from the same problem. Busyness. Over committing ourselves. Being 'on demand' all the time. The bible says the enemy seeks to steal, kill and destroy and is the god of confusion. All we have to do is look around and see the evidence. Everyone is so busy and amped up that our joy has been stolen, killed and destroyed. Our peace has been turned into confusion. Being aware of this is a first step but isn't enough. We must act to change and you touched on ways to do that and we really need to be intentional. For us Christians we must also daily commit ourselves to Jesus and he will restore us. He says, "Come to me all who are weary and heavy in heart and I will give you rest. For my yolk is easy and my burden is light."
    I'm so glad you're feeling better! ❤

Thank you for your beautiful video. I wonder how many people are crippled with fatigue and unwellness due to stress. When I was in my 30s I had severe chronic fatigue syndrome with panic attacks and episodes of psychosis. I believe it was mostly due to the unrelenting emotional and mental stress that I’d been living with. I had no idea what was wrong with me but when I removed myself from the stressful situation I gradually healed. I also learnt how to meditate and how to feel peace for the first time in my life. Today I lead an active lifestyle that I didn’t think was possible. I’m still prone, in my nervous system, to becoming overwhelmed and fatigued but have it under control now. Healing is slow but possible.

In the last two years the vibrations have gotten worse to the point where it makes me feel sick and faint. I have told the doctors but nothing. I can relate to everything you said, every symptom (other than Bells Pausey), hashimotos (diagnosed two years ago) plus I've been told years before , 2006, that I had anxiety disorder (panic disorder) and other things due to that. Not as severe as it was but still affects a lot in my life. I've had panic attacks and fainting spells, especially those first bunch of years. I lost a lot because of it. I've had that vibrating feeling in my body too, especially chest. When it was really bad it felt like electricity, electric pulses. If I tried to let go of stress in my body by crying, it used to make my symptoms even worse. I have started to believe that some part of this had to be started by something physical first. Maybe the thyroid. At first, before everything else, I was just dealing with being tired all the time, exhaustion, dizzy spells, insomnia, sleep disregulation. Stress was definitely a trigger. I go from exhaustion, needing lots of sleep to being wired, barely being able to sleep and my sleep cycle becomes completely off. Often have to go a full day of no sleep to fix it. Haven't had a full blood panel done yet properly (apparently normal doctors don't give you a full comprehensive test for thyroid, a functional medical doctor does though). I wonder what they would find? We might be in ",normal" range according to regular doctors but not necessarily the optimal range when it comes to thyroid according to a functional medical doctor. When our thyroid is not right our other hormones can't be right either. I don't have the money yet to do this but will hopefully soon. I hope you find some answers too. ❤

Hard to explain but my ears felt like they were under water, and the internal vibration that you talk about is spot on! I would literally jump out of bed at night in a panic and start rubbing myself all over in an attempt to make it stop! I was only there for a few days and I constantly battled against random crying. When I did feel myself starting to “relax”, I would panic as it felt like I was slipping into unconsciousness 😢

That's the fear of letting go. You have to let go of the pain your carrying. The best way I discovered after years of holding on to it all including anxiety that wasn't servi g me was to give it to god- surrender to christ lord. She talks about giving it to God in this video but I say from experience that it's a whole other level of peace after you surrender your life to him.

It’s like my body is recognizing that recovery is finally here, what I’ve prayed about for years, is finally coming and I can’t help but cry as my soul praises The Lord. Thank you sister for this so much. Your vulnerability and strength in The Lord is what helped me not feel so alone and absolutely INSANE. I thought I was dying from the stress/anxiety or going schizophrenic. 😢😢God knows HE KNOWS how badly I needed this.
