Lawrence later lost the Eliminator after this event in agonising fashion, he slipped at the top of the Travelator and Mark overtook him and nicked it from under his nose...maybe the extra five points (2.5s extra head start for total of 4s) could've made a difference if Raider didn't pulverise him repeatedly...
Think Wolf picked up two red cards, one for shoving the referee, one for retaliating after the whistle in Duel. Doom also got a red in the Sky One series.
It was always the males who got into trouble, both glads and/or contenders, hence Wolf (obviously), Vulcan and Raider (the latter, as seen on this vid)
I don't think Laurence actually meant to kick Raider, considering he was in a bit of a tangle at the finishing line and only tried to get through. Clearly, Raider may not have seen it that way
He stood up and was right in Raider's face. That's invasion of personal space. The Glads didn't sign on for that. Not to mention he crashed headlong into Warrior. Well I guess adrenaline does this stuff to you :/
Raider was hard done by there, there's no way that initial kick was accidental. They both should have got a yellow. In the closing credits there is a clip of Lawrence and Raider making up and shaking hands. I remember when Raider was on Hit & Run earlier in this series. On his first shot his ball got stuck on one of the contender's platforms, and he stood there for about 45 seconds not knowing what to do lol.
Agreed, wolf pointed out the problem but nothing. that kick was not accidental. john anderson did like to pick on the male glads a lot. he should have been dqd anyway at the start on warrior
Wolf sticking up for raider was hilarious!

Lawrence Jean-Baptiste is from Watford, what a legend.
1:20 How does someone deck three Gladiators, one after the other?????
Because they aren't very tough or athletic; the majority of them were bodybuilders 😄
Immense! Went through them like a bulldozer in the second run!

I think that was the one where he shoved John Anderson.
I'm amazed there aren't more comments about how he kinda broke the rules by laying hands on gladiators
I love the Assassins Creed moved he made on Warrior when hopping over him. Thought for sure John was gunna blow the whistle at that.
2:21 RED CARD! 🟥
Retaliation is NOT allowed. OFF!
RAIDER (GLADIATOR)
RED CARD (SENT OFF)
RETALIATION NOT ALLOWED
EXCLUDED FROM THE NEXT SHOW AND FINED FOR EVENT MISCONDUCT
1:33 Retaliation
At least He bow and walked out
This was the epsiode where Mark piped Lawernce to the posr in the Eliminator.Classic
1:50 How is he speaking so calmly after all that???
Raidan was being respectful for the red card
It's because it was all a rehearsed act. There was no such fine or expulsion from the show. It was an act.
The Dragon Killer
If that bull were true, this series would never have existed.
2 scoops was the king of this
9 seconds in the international final that was beast
Raider was innocent. Lawrence kicked him
no, the gladiator's helmet was mount with a helmet cam.
Raider got more cards than Gary Lineker ever did.
I wonder if this was why Raider was gone after this series.
harsh call, lawrence clearly squared up to raider when he got up and was in his face
other way around
Nah Raider squared up to him as Lawrence got up. Deserved red.

Testosterone 😎
@ 2:27 captain mean boy has to watch the following week show and think of what he's done
At least he was being respectful
That disqualification was not fair. Lawrence clearly cheated by kicking Raider out of the Gauntlet. They should BOTH have been sent off.
I don't think Laurence actually meant to kick Raider, considering he was in a bit of a tangle at the finishing line and only tried to get through.
Clearly, Raider may not have seen it that way
Lawrence did nothing out of line. Raider deserved his red card
@@acesfn7316 He kicked the gladiator in the stomach, maybe accidental but that would make it a yellow card tops for the Glad.
@@Johnno9989 Raider seemed to accept his red card with good grace anyway. The kick was no way intended
legend
Male and female gladiators shouldn't be bullies to male and female challengers
can you uplaod full episdes?
didnt Vulcan get a red card in Australian Gladiators once? (though that was part of his character's persona)
He WAS actully excluded from the next show. I remember this. I think he was also excluded from the show after that as well.
He was not, I saw him on the pyramid.
This is how NOT to run the Gauntlet. You wanna see how to run it properly, see Wesley "Too-Scoops" Barry from the INTL's and you'll see why.
two scoops is not the bar. You just find a way to get through which Lawrence did
Well how come wolf got a red card and was back in the next show?
Yellow and red cards were part of Wolf’s character.
Really? Woah, I didn't think that push was genuine. And why was my comment spammed? I never said anything offensive.

Wolf And Anderson Partners in crime
Raider deserved a yellow not a red. The contender Lawrence clearly provoked him and got in Raider's face first.
It was a retaliation
He stood up and was right in Raider's face. That's invasion of personal space. The Glads didn't sign on for that. Not to mention he crashed headlong into Warrior.

everthing Lawrence did was above board. Raider got in Lawrence's face
hey raider pay up.
ao muxh better than pro wrestling

Lawrence did nothing wrong Raider deserved his red card. Should have known better
