Great video! The pharaohs used a device known as the "cylinders of the pharaoh" made from copper and zinc cylinders filled with quartz crystal when held produce electrical energy starting at .6 volts and will gain .01 volts every minute held so after an hour you will produce 1.2 volts. Similar to a galvanic battery cell the copper is the cathode, zinc is anode and you become the electrolyte left side negative right side positive. Quartz emits infrared energy, is pyroelectric and piezoelectric. Make them yourself or get them on amazon or etsy.

Does micro-current heal crunchy knees? I don’t have the straps but I do have acupuncture pen . Can I use that on my kneecaps everyday?

That is called crepitus and is typically due to worn out ligaments holding the joint together, or cartilage inside the joint. It's more of a chronic, mechanical problem than an "injury" and I'm guessing it doesn't hurt, right? For these cases, due to the large area of ligament damage, I don't think microcurrent can cause total regeneration. It wouldn't hurt to try, though.

There’s a supplement called Ligaplex 2 by standard process that is absolutely amazing for arthritis and joint, that will help him immensely with that issue. It usually works very well with the lash send the full dose, and only takes about 4-5 days to notice big changes. Works great for severe arthritis as well
      Hope this helps

The problem with these researches are that they dont compare in depth microcurrent to traditional EMS (not TENS), EMS does estimulate muscle in a very noticeable way, and probably all cells around because it has higher intensity than microcurrent, in other words what microcurrent would do that EMS won't
