Wanna see a video of you riding, sitting down and then standing back up. I’m a new rider but def want to learn to sit. I’m about your size and not sure i can do it but i guess as i progress i’ll get closer. Thx for all the spirited videos
I tried using the spring but it put the seat way too high and I didn't like how it interacted w/ the suspension. So I took it off and its waaay better with the seat mounted directly to the trolley handle. Little further to sit but it's doable. Yup my saddle screw holes broke too but its literally not a concern at all.
Why not just make a EUC with an adjustable seat post ( maybe a suspension dropper like on my MTB) and a real true and tested UC seat? Maybe not so big, fast and expensive but super super stable with adjustable battery AH's . Seems more and more these things are evolving as a sit down machines like the original manual UC's. To each their own but sitting down all the time for cruising sense makes since to me. Maybe then the butt could take the weight stress and not the feet.

The seat is great but I actually like the seat on the 16 X better than any other seat because it’s stiff and it doesn’t crack and break like my monster seat
@@ThaBlackCobra My 16X seat is absolutely the wrong shape for my bum I think. Because it is convex and I'm sitting so low I just kind of slide off it 😊
after 10000 riding euc just intall and ride my Nikola with seat take a good hour to get a proper position but wow battery was still higher than previous ride tall guy like me really burn battery especialy in face wind seat solve that in a snap
Has anybody tried Slime for bicycle or EUC tires? I ordered the seat for Veteran Sherman from Evolt X. BUT NOW I am thinking of buying the Gotway Nikola 100v first and later the Sherman. The price dropped for the Nikola and I also need an EUC with street tires. 😣
@@ThaBlackCobra Yes the Sherman is a street wheel at high speeds. But at low speeds around 3 miles/h it isn't as agile. I often ride very slowly through pedestrians. It becomes a hassle if I do the same with the Sherman. The V. Sherman is heavy and grippy with those tires. So very difficult to manoeuvre.
The shell is definitely the weak point and breaks the easiest. However this is a pretty durable wheel except for the saddle which is easily replaceable

That’s fantastic. I honestly cannot ride long-distance without having a seat. I just don’t want to ride in EUC that doesn’t have a seat attached.

Don’t let the knobby tire fool you the Sherman is definitely a street wheel.

I would probably just use black zip ties to mount it.
I thought about that but The pipe brackets are a little stronger and I need all the help I can get holding my big ass up LOL
Right bud what power pads are you using on your v11.
I simply made two blocks of foam and cut them to the right size. I use the same method I used to make the cobra pads on my 16 X.
