Worth noting, if you're gonna steal a bunch of guns like you showed here, go to Trade Authority and "clean" everything. So, as you all know, only Trade Authority and a few other select vendors (e.g. everyone on the Key) buy stolen goods. However, if you sell a stolen (red flagged) item to TA, then without exiting, you switch from Sell to Buy, at the bottom you have Buy Back, and you can buy it, minus the red stolen flag, at the exact same price you sold it for. So you want to "wash" the stuff you want to sell first. Sell until he can't afford to buy any more. Buy it all back (no net cost to you). Rinse and repeat until it's all clean. Then sell some stuff you don't care about until he's out of money. Then go buy ammo and whatever resources you're going to need to trick out the weapons you do want all the way, then sell some more. Then go find a legit vendor, say Jemison Mercantile, and sell more stolen/cleaned guns/ammo, and buy more ammo/resources you want/need, and sell more stuff.
Go to lodge, speak to Sarah, get big money, go into lodge basement and weapons on the wall will be at your level. You can then use the money Sarah gave you to buy ammo and/or better gun.
Just go to the well and find the shop that displays items and steal everything. If you get caught just steal it from the confiscated items in the security office.
Exactly. I'm on my third round. Spent way, way, to much time round 2, way to much on round 3. This will help take down it down. More. The other big time saver was completing gathering all artifacts before power gathering. This way I did not have to go to the EYE.
Don’t make my mistake. On my first NG+ I ended up in this far out of the way high level system Looking for Goodies. Ended up in space combat but the ship I took over was Shit, the jump range left me stranded with only 3 systems available. High level systems an I had fuck all ammo, I actually thought Bethesda introduced survival mode cos I was stuck for roughly 10 hours Scavenging/looting high level dudes trying to gain XP an creds. It ended up being a Fun problem to have as I eventually found a civilian outpost with a ship technician where I swapped my ship back but also grinding a Tonne of Advanced / Superior Gear 😅
this same thing happened to me. but if i remember there is a civilian outpost or something that i was able to modify my ship so i was able to switch my home ship. but it did take me some time.

I like doing the terrormorph quest from the UC vanguard faction its good xp and all the guns you stole from the UC at the forward base you get all for free anyways doing the main terrormorph quest. lol fyi the solar flare power takes terrormorphs real quick you will thank me.
here's a way to both enjoy the game and the story. play through the game once normally. Achieve unity. Play the NG + by unlocking all the levels through console commands. play the story again, do all the factions, because there will be new options (it's basically like groundhog day the movie) but this time with your character knowing what happens next and awesome godlike powers.
I have the laser skill maxed out and habitation to lvl 3, so I just go back to the mine you start the game at, grab a Cutter, and just go to some abandoned base and start killing mobs in a high level system. The mining laser with a maxed out laser skill will easily kill spacers, pirates, ecliptic, whatever. It's not great long term, but is far better than the knife you start with. This has to do with the Burn effect the top tier laser skill provides. The Cutter with tier 4 laser skill is also the best way to kill Terrormorphs, none of the other weapons or powers will do it faster. This will likely net you at least a few decent weapons within 4-5 kills and a ton of stuff to sell. Fill up your cargo bay with guns and suits, and then go to Venus. Hop around the surface until you find a vendor inside behind a counter at a settlement, the igloo looking icon. There are a few variations of settlement so you may have to try a few times to find the right one. Once you do, sit on the stool and sell all your crap. This is easy to do despite the vendor only having 5k credits because 1 planetary hour equals 100 UT hours. So you only have to wait for one hour to reset their stock and credits, which only takes a couple of seconds. There is always a stool right at the counter, so you can wait and talk to the vendor without moving. Once you're done unloading your stuff, go outside, go to just outside the boundary of the settlement and drop a beacon. No need to build a base, though a landing pad isn't a bad idea, it's really just for the permanent marker. This is why you need tier 3 in habitation so you can put a beacon on Venus, which is corrosive. That isn't strictly necessary, but is worth the three skill point investment long term so you don't have to hop around the planet to find a vendor every time. They usually have about 80-100 decent stacks of resources, med supplies, and you can reroll their weapons and suits as much as you want. So they are always useful for both buying and selling. This is a great way to stock up on stuff like adhesive, titanium, etc... and medical supplies. Rerolling weapons and suits in seconds is a big deal, as you can keep going for a top tier weapon of your choice. I usually keep rolling until I get a decent Inflictor or Starshard. You can also get a decent Big Bang this way. You'll gain lots of credits this way, and even though it takes longer to get going, you'll actually make credits faster this way because you have a vendor that essentially never runs out of money without having to sit for one or two minutes to get them to restock.

All the others just reset duration if they proc again after the effect is applied to an enemy. @@contrabardus yeah, I have the lasers maxed out, but noticed it got an extra bit of boost from completing heavy weapons too. Potentially even better still if you started with the ‘wanted’ trait, because this constantly gives you the ‘cornered’ boost.
Unless you're on console, at this point you might as well just console command in 1mil credits and buy the Narwhal, then proceed from there. As for weapons, just find an advanced Inflictor like you did and mod it at your workbench, bam, best rifle in the game.
You can also utulize the Void Form power for Method 1 and 2 if you dont have the nuero amp. Going invisible is great to help with those five finger discounts.😅
Challenge with stealing any ships is you need to make sure all ship skills are unlocked because ship kills will not count towards it if it is a stolen ship.
I think you only need the piloting to 4. I don't have any of the building ones up and I can take over any of them. When they land I just take out one or two guys and get on the ship. Then take out the crew. Hop in the pilot seat and make it mine. You do have to take it to a ship person to make your other ship home, but that isn't that big if a deal. Well... unless the ship you took over has limited jump range and can't jump anywhere. Then you have to go to your map, select a place you have already been. Drill down to the port, or landing spot and select land there, then it doesn't check your jump distance. If you take one over in space. 1. Sit in pilot seat of new ship, undock 2. re-dock to your ship 3. go into your ship menu, make the new ship your home ship. 4. go back to your ship 5. sit in pilot seat 6. back to menu, make your old ship home again, and the other ship will auto undock and head back on its own. You can keep on collecting ships.
The simulator ship kills when apply the Vanguard.....just keep repeating to he simulator and it don't matter ur skill if u have that challenge unlocks for ship kills
Neuroamp. It's just the first rank of the Manipulation skill, though you can get it for free by doing the Ryujin questline (and having a neuroamp installed in your skull).
If you bounce between both (just looking at each container) and then going to venus for 24 hours and returning they will stack loot on each other in the containers. But you HAVE to look at each bin after every 24 hour wait.
Just get yourself a smart gun and a va’ruun inflictor and you’re good to go. Also you can get a quick 55,000 credits by completing all pilot simulation levels when u join vanguard
That's nice but what's the point of playing this way. The fun in the game is to have to actually play the game to get all the good stuff. Here you immediately have the good stuff and then what are you going to do ?, quickly make a new game +++++... and restart the same procedure i guess endlessly without any goal. This is the weak point of this game and NG+, it has no soul, no meaning, no real interest, no real achievment, just mindless grind for no reason.
the magshear -> modern magshear trick from hopetown works with the old earth svd in the well as well quicksave -> steal it (doesnt matter if you get caught) -> instantly after picking up quickload, and the svd on the counter is modern (now steal it for real)
Honestly, look at each box. Including the helmets. Fly to Venus, wait 24 hours and return back to the vendor. Look in everything and back to venus. (as many times as you want to do this). Loot it like you said and you will have a massive stack of ammo guns and helmets. I found if i go to Trade Authority and go into the back room, the merchant gets out of the chair. I sit in the chair in thrid person and wait 24 hours and sell wait 24 hours and sell. I never have to leave the chair. I was able to make about 300k in no time at all. Its just super slow and tedious.

I would assume that anyone who has played as much as you have and has the high level that you got to Restart with, probably already knows all these tricks and locations. This is NOT for a Beginner who can't get near a Third Level Planet without getting killed.
The next thing to do is get rid of that Starborn ship. Do the Free Star Ranger's mission and get the Star Eagle, then upgrade the cockpit, cargo, weapons, engines, reactor, and grav drive. My Star Eagle eats Starborn ships for breakfast, lunch, and supper.
You can get an Autobahn 3 at level 6, go to Jameison as soon as you start the game, do the flight simulator, get the C class license and then fly off to hudgens and pirate to your hearts content =)
@@deanpogaming The Autobahn would be good to have early in the game, but once I have the Star Eagle and can modify it, nothing else compares from my perspective. Wish I could post photos in comments. It's awesome compared to what I've seen from others so far, and it's not that hard to build. The cost however is over 400K.

I always go to Toliman (where the Terrormorph planet is) and steal all of the weapons at the UC base, sell it to the den to remove the stolen tag, THEN I go to the well and do the same thing.
If u go to the lodge thay will give u 17800 credit. A gun . A 5 medpack i always use only 1 pistol with 300 dameg i pick it from the den mustly cost like 15000 the rest i buy ammo
Just started my first new game plus and I found a really good rifle in the storage of the ship they give you. Got some cash and modded it. Easy as that.
I just started new game plus and the guardian ship is just crap i really don't know what the developers were thinking when this was meant to be an exotic ship, it should been upgrade able as weapons as well are hot garbage i when on line got series console codes to upgrade it sadely could not do anything for the weapons
I accidentally did a very wimpy version of this by accident. I stole the one gun in the backroom of the Well dealer first thing and then ran into a wonderful Ecliptic III on a planet by chance, which I still use. Next time I'm gonna' be rich! Thanks for the help.
A lot people have been left gutted by losing everything, this should give them a bit of a kicker. Otherwise I would avoid it and play the game at your own pace.
Interesting and helpful, thank you. One thought, and it might help someone unsure: it's confusing to suggest what's needed is the "neuroamp" as no one starts NG+ with one. It is, in fact, removed (without ceremony) during the Ryujin questline. What is necessary to manipulate as you suggest (and are using) is the Manipulation skill, which can be acquired during that faction's quests, or by spending skill points.
@@deanpogaming If that's how you and others think of it, maybe it's not as confusing as it sounds to me, so I retract my suggestion. But a few things for your reference: 1) The internal neuroamp is removed for everyone at the end of one of the latter Ryujin quests. The next time I do that questline I'll pay attention and note which, but it really is just something that happens. You get an indication on the screen that it's been removed, same as if you hand someone a slate or credits: "Internal Neuroamp removed". In addition to that, what makes it confusing is... 2) There is effectively no difference from having it installed and spending a skill point on Manipulation. The benefit of the internal neuroamp, then, is that it saves 1-4 skill points (and unlocks a final tier social skill without requiring the minimum social skills), but it adds nothing to the skill. So, in short: what you're using in the video isn't the neuroamp, it's the Manipulation skill. 3) From a lore perspective, this makes sense even if it wasn't removed during Ryujin because it wouldn't survive the trip through the Unity. No other gear or resources or tools do. In addition, there is no indication from Veera following your second, third, or even fourth surgery that she found another copy of the very device she opened you up to implant. My guess is the removal during the quest is just to avoid that complication. In any case, was glad for some of your tips as I just started NG+8. Thanks for a good video and the discussion.

I normally go to the nova staryard in sol. It had enough loot to get you started if you all want a more legit way. It also helps you learn your powers

Stealing a ship on ground level is not ab option. I never have NPCs spawn out of a landed ship.
Be great if every single time I have tried to use phase time it perma glitches my game and I'm stuck floating forever.
There is also a big green safe in the back of the gun store that you just ran right buy lol and buy digipicks from the neighboring merchants.

I just jump to serpentis and start raiding ships. 🤣 walk out of those with credits, ships, and a ton of gear to sell.
I would assume that anyone who has played as much as you have and has the high level that you got to Restart with, probably already knows all these tricks and locations.
This is NOT for a Beginner who can't get near a Third Level Planet without getting killed.

The next thing to do is get rid of that Starborn ship. Do the Free Star Ranger's mission and get the Star Eagle, then upgrade the cockpit, cargo, weapons, engines, reactor, and grav drive. My Star Eagle eats Starborn ships for breakfast, lunch, and supper.
You can get an Autobahn 3 at level 6, go to Jameison as soon as you start the game, do the flight simulator, get the C class license and then fly off to hudgens and pirate to your hearts content =)
@@deanpogaming The Autobahn would be good to have early in the game, but once I have the Star Eagle and can modify it, nothing else compares from my perspective. Wish I could post photos in comments. It's awesome compared to what I've seen from others so far, and it's not that hard to build. The cost however is over 400K.
Also buy argon, metabolic agent, and toxin to make amps.

I always go to Toliman (where the Terrormorph planet is) and steal all of the weapons at the UC base, sell it to the den to remove the stolen tag, THEN I go to the well and do the same thing.
Too bad my game got the bug where the ships that land on planets have no enemies inside and therefor don't even open their bays

If u go to the lodge thay will give u 17800 credit. A gun . A 5 medpack i always use only 1 pistol with 300 dameg i pick it from the den mustly cost like 15000 the rest i buy ammo

Just started my first new game plus and I found a really good rifle in the storage of the ship they give you. Got some cash and modded it. Easy as that.
I just started new game plus and the guardian ship is just crap i really don't know what the developers were thinking when this was meant to be an exotic ship, it should been upgrade able as weapons as well are hot garbage i when on line got series console codes to upgrade it sadely could not do anything for the weapons

I accidentally did a very wimpy version of this by accident. I stole the one gun in the backroom of the Well dealer first thing and then ran into a wonderful Ecliptic III on a planet by chance, which I still use. Next time I'm gonna' be rich! Thanks for the help.

A lot people have been left gutted by losing everything, this should give them a bit of a kicker.

Interesting and helpful, thank you. One thought, and it might help someone unsure: it's confusing to suggest what's needed is the "neuroamp" as no one starts NG+ with one. It is, in fact, removed (without ceremony) during the Ryujin questline. What is necessary to manipulate as you suggest (and are using) is the Manipulation skill, which can be acquired during that faction's quests, or by spending skill points.
Hold up, you lost your neuroamp? I kept mine from my first play through all the way through to NG+11. Maybe u chose to have it removed?
@@deanpogaming If that's how you and others think of it, maybe it's not as confusing as it sounds to me, so I retract my suggestion. But a few things for your reference:
1) The internal neuroamp is removed for everyone at the end of one of the latter Ryujin quests. The next time I do that questline I'll pay attention and note which, but it really is just something that happens. You get an indication on the screen that it's been removed, same as if you hand someone a slate or credits: "Internal Neuroamp removed". In addition to that, what makes it confusing is...
2) There is effectively no difference from having it installed and spending a skill point on Manipulation. The benefit of the internal neuroamp, then, is that it saves 1-4 skill points (and unlocks a final tier social skill without requiring the minimum social skills), but it adds nothing to the skill. So, in short: what you're using in the video isn't the neuroamp, it's the Manipulation skill.
3) From a lore perspective, this makes sense even if it wasn't removed during Ryujin because it wouldn't survive the trip through the Unity. No other gear or resources or tools do. In addition, there is no indication from Veera following your second, third, or even fourth surgery that she found another copy of the very device she opened you up to implant. My guess is the removal during the quest is just to avoid that complication.
In any case, was glad for some of your tips as I just started NG+8. Thanks for a good video and the discussion.
Ok cool, so I just learned from this to complete ryujin questline four times each subsequent NG+

@@ryanmsalisbury5499that's what I did to get rank 4 Manipulation. Nice way to go about it if you're looking to max it out as you'll save 4 skill points to spend elsewhere.
