I went to Dove to get out UK as I need to use cheapest option (OAP) then rode same way as you to get over to Norway. Made no stop planning just ride then find a campsite or wild camp. I did that all the way 6500 miles in 30 days.

It has been pretty good weather here in Norway this weekend also. Almost 30 degrees some places.
Looks like it is going to be a little bit more rain the next days on the west coast.
Looked really nice in Denmark.
And as you mentioned, some words in Denmark are more English inspired, but for Norwegians and Danish, we can for the most part understand each other :)
