Fallout 76 - Siding with Foundation / Division of Wealth / All That Glitters Part 1

- Siding with Foundation part way into Vault 79. I did both Raider and Settler quests to the end to maximize Exp and reputation bonuses prior to this point.
5:54 On my playthrough I had full power armor and was carrying a spear and a gatling plasma. Once I saw Hijack I stormed out of the elevator as he said "Here at last. Step into my office and let's talk". And right after he finished that statement I smacked him upside the head with the spear and all hell broke loose.
My friend's game froze when the shooting started and I just opened up the gatling plasma on everything in the room. When my friend's game finally unfroze all he saw were corpses and piles of goo everywhere. It was beautiful. xD

After watching this I’m totally glad I chose the raiders

I accidentally started the raid with foundation I was just trying to get all their quests done fast so I was clicking through the convo and past the notif it gives you. Damn raiders I’m sorry
How did you get the mission to go in with foundation tho not explaining anything
Do you lose reputation with the other faction and is it possible to be allies with both factions?
You gain Rep with whoever you give gold to, also you can keep all the gold and the one you promised gold the rep will go down in. You can still Ally with both after many days and hours of doing their daily quests. I'm about 1/2 way to Ally on my main character that I did in this video... probably another week until Ally. I'm almost Neighborly with Raiders also, maybe in 3 weeks I'll be Ally with both

@@DecimVIII Really?? I''ve played this about 2 months now and near maxed out both those friends/allies things. Done most quests now except this vault 76. First I tried the raiders Ra ra job but got killed on last robot. So I wait to build my first power armour and seem to of done all of the settlers quests to the vault. Hope I don't lose anything special by just doing the job with the non-murderers side.
The trick with getting the raider/settler graphs to go up quick is to donate or give them everything Free.. you don't need the few extra caps you can make that back in 10 minutes. :P
Anyway I'm just going to go do this the settlers way because I can't be bothered trying the maze of that Ra ra kiddy quest again. I've built myself ultrawhatsie power armour.
Still got to learn or find out how to do lots of things in this game. Good I found a house neighbour that gives heaps of great things and comes on missions. Before they added this new bullshit rewards nobody would ever be in a team.
I shot down lots of those dinosaur birds yesterday so I must be getting better at playing or just had a lot of bullets :)
@Hammer Go Bonk! All these quests are a pain in the arse. The biggest one is those stupid boy/girl scout ones. They fucking shit me!!! Want the extra carry space or whatever so forced to do it. I do those last on my daily quest list if at all.
How do I start this
You need to do the overseers Main Quest and then after that is part way thru you'll have quests to find the treasure by contacting leaders of Foundation and/or Raiders, then you go through those quests, which is the best content we got... once you assemble a team you do this quest into Vault 79. I'd do it with a preexisting character, the more stuff you do in the vanilla original part of the game the more "famous" you are which gives you more things to convince NPCs that you are valuable to them. Took me about 11 hours (with all previous content completed) to do all the main quest and then 1 hour to complete breaking into the vault. Good luck

@@MatthewRCraig once you complete this you can start saving up gold bullion to get the plans... you can buy 300 Bullion a week from this guy Smilie in the Wayward (after completing this) resets on Mondays

@@MatthewRCraig No it doesn't :P you get X amount from this quest and then events and daily quests give you treasure notes you can trade for Bullion. You can trade for 200 a day (similar to legendary scrip) and then can buy 300 a week (for 6k caps) from the guy at the Wayward in a USA flag suit
