What's going on Initiate, Bird here and in this video I am presenting to you my ULTIMATE END GAME Bloodied Plasma Caster Build Guide! The weapon I am using is the Bloodied Plasma Caster. In Fallout 76 this have been the best and my favorite heavy gun. SO with that being said I decided to make a definitive End game Low Health plasma caster heavy gunner tank build for it. In this Fallout 76 gameplay we review EVERYTHING! I show you in my Build which includes all my Base stats, Legendary Perk Cards and Normal Perk card. I also go over the plasma caster its self with of course its mods. I personally think this is one of the strongest builds you can make in Fallout 76 and it also stops anything in its tracks. This and the gatlin gun are some of the most ammo efficient. Even with no weapon mods this thing hits hard.

@@XurGaastabilized only works inside of PA (power armor) and vats based play styles and pa don’t mesh well, hence no stabilized perk card
@@TheByrdman1999 I know what the perk is. But that’s interesting. What VATS perk doesn’t work in PA?
@@XurGaavats absolutely eats fusion core power. So constantly using vats can be costly on your fusion core stash even if you use power user which is more points you'd need to put into
