Honestly considering how time consuming (you can only fuse him in NG+ and at level 91) it is to fuse him in P4G it’s really not worth it at all but it is necessary if you want all of the achievements
Victory cry's useless, imo. I think in-battle passives (i.e. Regenerate and Invigorate) are better since both provide good sustainability if a battle's drawn out. Think about it, what's the point of getting full hp and sp after a battle if the MC dies in-battle? - that's how I see it, tbh.

When you defeat a certain amount of enemies an alarm is triggered within the velvet room and it boosts the potential of fusions (gives you stronger Persona with higher stats), it changes the items you receive through itemization (high nuke moves will become severe, for example) and if a Persona is left during lockdown it can gain extra stats and have a greater chance to learn an ability that nullifies/repels whatever it is weak to It is exclusive to P5R and is an entirely new feature which can enhance the potency of the velvet room if you know how to use it correctly
