This is the latest release from Ciarán Rosney, a country singer from County Offaly who now lives in County Monaghan. It will form part of Ciaráns highly anticipated second album.
The song tells the story of the turf cutting and the important role it played for people in Ireland. It was filmed on location in his native Pullough, County Offaly where his family have lived for generations.
