You made it look so easy!!! My mums tried to teach me for years and i find it so difficult and messy but this i will try! And i love the round wood thing you use too!! You're really helping young girls like me love to cook. May Allah reward you endlessly 💕💕💕 thank you so muchhhhh!!! Xxx
Hiya sis how are u...Thank you so much for this! My 19 year old daughter is newly learning how to cook and your channel is amazing and has helped so much thank you so much! X Just wanted to ask can you put basic videos up for newly learners please that would help a lot...Thank you sis!! X
just made the chapatis and omg it is so good. and tried that ghee and sugar which I've never had before and it was so tasty mashallah. my two year old just had one and said it's a pancake.
wow! it looks so easy but mine hardly ever turn out round and puffed! I was taught to put them on the gas after the skillet is that step not necessary? and we only used water with flour to make the dough
+R.I.A thanks for watching 😊. Try using margarine or ghee and it should puff actually on the skillet. Not sure ghee or margarine is a Gujerati thing lol
Jazakallah khairan Anisa, I really needed help on how to make chapattis especially how Gujaratis make as I'm married to one, and you wouldn't believe the confusions and struggles I've had on this because everyone makes differently. But Alhamdulillah I've seen now how you make and the confusions are gone. Once again, Jazakallah💖
Oh, how lovely those puff up, awesome. Thanks for the video. My chapathis very rarely puff up. I feel my dough is soft and good but don't know where I go wrong, because my chapathis don't stay soft when exposed even for awhile, also they aren't super soft either. Please help, also do guide on how can puff be achieved, meaning, how much should the thickness of the chapathi be so that could help on getting softer ones.
+Nithya K hi. The heat should be on medium to high when u put them on the skillet. Also when you have made the chapattis, to cover them so they stay soft and dont dry up. Hope that helps 😊
Where would i be able to purchase the round wooden chapati board from in the Uk ? I'm going to be trying your version today anyway, mine never come out round shaped :( and i will also be making your kofta curry to go with them.
