I try to drink a couple of cups of green tea at work daily. I also take powdered beet 3 tripe 0 capsules a couple times a week. Good for nitric oxide too. Couple of cups of regular coffee in the morning. Am waiting on blood results to come back anytime soon. Will see. I Eat healthy food. My down fall is alcohol. I am aspiring to quit drinking completely.
Instead of drinking black coffee which I don't like there is a supplements which is a green tea capsule that has caffeine in it could you substitute that for coffee and even for green tea? Or again at least coffee because it does have caffeine in it..

I just did my first 24h fast, and found that having coffee (in hour 21, with coconut oil) got me very jittery. I also started getting hungry 30min later. Has anyone experienced this as well? @xjanine77 Thank you, yes the coffee I had was caffeinated. I typically have it with milk (and honey), so this was a real shock to my system. Thank you for sharing what works for you.
I'm not sure whether this might be useful for you but after drinking 2 cups of coffee a day for decades I suddenly went very caffeine sensitive at perimenopause. I was also verging on pre diabetic at that point. Caffeine can lower insulin sensitivity and raise blood sugar for some people with diabetes, even early on. I've had to make my peace with lowering my caffeine intake to 3 or 4 cups a week and never when I'm doing longer fasts (24+ hours). Not everything works for everyone during every chapter of life. We are all on our own individual healing journey. 💛

Ugh, I detest beets but I do make slow cooker meals for my dogs containing beets. I recently found gold beets and they smell wonderful. I’m wondering if these beets may be beneficial?
I use castor oil/packs to help prevent cancer growth.. And also a good quality frankincense essential oil on my wrists or bottom of my feet. This oil also helps kill cancer cells. There has been a fair amount of research on these. Hope this helps..:)

I love to buy at a coffee roastery, they all have organic sorts and often buy directly from farmers. Expensive though for daily coffee. Any organic store sells coffee and all supermarkets have organic labels. I'm told that organic coffe in general comes with a good chance of being mold free.

After 5 weeks of my new fasting lifestyle, I then decided to do a 36 hr fast and nailed it but since then I've been unable to lose any more weight. In eastern Slavic cultures we always knew that eating cooked beet (alone or in a salad) has a detoxing effect on your liver. It’s a nice alternative ❤

Caffeinated coffee makes me really jittery on an empty stomach. If I do have it whilst fasting, I have organic decaf.
