Hello, do pardon my slow voice in this video as I just moved in a relatives house and did not want to disturb people... But please, do feel free to share your own thoughts and speculations below, you are Lways welcome here within Mine Mind 😊
One thing i noticed before he makes a deal with Charlie for a favor in episode 7, she says "I'm not going to hurt anyone for you." And he says "WHO'S ASKING!?" Almost in a silly panicky way. When you first watch this, it seems like he's just trying to brush off his murderous nature to make Charlie more comfortable with granting Alastor a favor. But now I'm wondering if in his own deal, he is forbidden from directly harming his master, so *if his master has a way of watching HIM, possibly from any shadows anywhere, (or any eyes in hell who are the residual souls killed in previous exterminations)* i can imagine Alastor NOT wanting to look like he has any plans to break out of his own contact or undermine his owner's power. This could be why he is vague about the favor he wants. Not because he wants to be unspecific, but because he has to be, to keep his options open and not get his ass cooked by whoever has his soul.
Yes, in a previous video I did point that very particular wording in their deal "...where you harm no one...". I suspect that the harm charlie will do will be very indirect that it technically counts as not harming someone...
@@MineMind_im betting she's going to need to damn someone or something. I just feel like he knows how much power she potentially has and wants to use it as a weapon. And he could just be holding onto that deal for a specific time. He seems to have different levels of souls he can cash in on for about any arbitrary position. But then he has so much power...
What if he gets power through owning multiple souls and the more powerful the soul, the more power he can feed on.
Of course im just guessing.
I've been thinking that the overlords probably rose to power in response to Lilith being busy and Lucifer getting more depressed because of Charlie's birth so it might be that as Charlie was reaching adulthood she needed to start arranging for those who threatened her (or maybe she just disn't like, either politically or personally) to be gotten rid of, so that's why Lilith started getting Alistor to get rid of them.
Ooohhh, very interesting... However why would she let Alastor stop his killing spree? I'm making a vid centered more on lilith and her possible motives as connected to my soeculations so stay tuned ;)
Well if alastor was to be used later for keeping an eye on the overlords she wouldn't want him to not be invited to meetings and if he just kills every overlord then him being at the hotel would put the residents and Charlie of danger
We keep hearing about how Charlie is the heir to the throne of hell. That's an odd thing to say when the current ruler is immortal and isn't expected to die ever. This is foreshadowing. Someone is going to try and kill Lucifer. Maybe it'll be Alastor, maybe not. But Al's investment in Charlie is certainly connected to what happens when she inherits the throne. His favour may even be to give up the throne to him
I do love that Alastor has the Elk horns of the Wendigo given his cannibal nature.

Vivzie has stated that he is not a wendigo, though she was inspired by the more modern version of Wendigos (the deer/beast like aspect that we know as Wendigos today did not appear until around 1910. In traditional myths, it is a malevolent spirit in the shape and form of a regular human
Some of his powers were also inspired by Voodoo magic. I also wonder what Alastor and Vox's relationship was like. I saw a video where a fan asked Vivienne if she could give hints about Alastor and Vox's relationship will be like on season 2. Vivienne said and I quote, "complicated and sad." Which makes me think, what if Alastor said or did something that must have been very uncalled for to Vox? What if Alastor hurt his feelings due to their disagreements with technology, or could it possibly be about their friendship? Also, Valentino said something about Alastor "almost beating him that one time" which makes Vox despise him. I also wonder who Alastor's owner could be, I don't think it would be Lilith, maybe it could be another one of Vivienne's other scrapped characters. Which would be Roo, the root of all evil maybe. Or who knows, it could be anybody at this point. I really don't want Alastor to turn good anytime soon because it works for him to not get redeemed since he clearly doesn't care much about the hotel. And, he is a murderer, a cannibal, a slave owner, (Owning Husk and Nifty since he can just spawn them randomly) and a sociopath! He wants people to notice him and to know what he is capable of doing, so he must have been underestimated a lot when he wasn't an overlord. (It would make sense why he would kill a lot of the other overlords that might have judged him)

Roo isn't a scrapped character, she has said that Roo exists and is kinda like the background pulling strings villain right now who she plans on having show up eventually.
What if the deal gave alastor power but less freedom and in beginning he loved it and just murdered but later realized how. Much he hated the dealhe started gain power in souls and favors in hopes of breaking the deal and zestial being ancient would be a good start for this

I think roo or eve is the one who owns alastor soul. I don't think it is lilith because in the end she is still a simple sinner . And lilith soul is owned by eve or roo too
But what purpose do you think she has for Alastor?

Lilith is the first woman and made as Adam's equal and the first human soul in hell. I don't think she's the one holding Alastor's soul but your underrating her as just a sinner
I think sin is a sin no matter who or when did first. I know this does not explain it all . But this is my theory. Alastor is roo feeding machine . Killing overlord just for the power but alastor did not want to kill vox . So roo decided to get rid of him in that point he discovered the weakness of roo . Starving . If you left her to starve enough she will be powerless . So by the help of lilith he will help Charlie and she will help him save his life and his mother life too . Because roo want to destroy heaven. And I think the deal that he made with Charlie was to make her not give up on her dream . I mean there will times when roo will influence the story to make Charlie give up on her dream .
I agree Roo is probably who owns Alastor's soul, and that Roo and Eve are one and the same, but Lilith is not a sinner, nor is she dead. She was cast into hell with Luci while she was still alive, after they gave free will to Eve. She committed no sin, nor was she killed so she entered hell before she could become a sinner
Not gonna lie but the fact that he had hunted deer, killed and ate other people, and was shot in the head because he was mistaken for a deer all during his time in the mortal world and then redoes these things in hell as well as making deals with souls would explain why he was already powerful the second he was spawned in hell makes me wonder if he had made deals with remain from hell while he was alive meaning the contract was already signed before he had died. Just a theory though
Oh!!! If Im understanding you right, he made deals with demons in hell and got their souls immedietly when he manifest, thus giving him a power boost? Interesting speculation... Though I still think its more likely that his power comes from the being he made a deal with, which I speculate to be Lilith

I don't actually think that Lilith controls alastor. this may not be full proof, but Lilith's power is shown to manifest in colors of red and music, but alastor's power manifests as green and black like chains and tentacles... I think that he's controlled by a being outside of the known circle. we haven't yet seen a being who uses power like alastor. if his powers come from someone else, then it would make sense that his power would manifest like the source.
I speculate its more of a boost in power, so the aesthetics are still Alastor's but what is allowing him to be so strong is via Liliths support...
Being an overlord while Alastor was killing all of them must have been terrifying

Liliths motives on her family and leaving them are unclear... We will need more information and context on that aspect of Lilith... Its totally possible that she is actually good... It could really go in differenr ways... I think she might be a bit greyer than Charlie and Luci
I like to think those stitches he has is a symbol of his strings and i wonder if he ment it literally when he said to unclip my wings guess who will be pulling all the strings i wonder if he use to have wings before his deal so maybe he was at one time a higher up level of demon mijd you we only had his past was explained by other characters not from himself

And Caine what if their his master and why is Adam the first foul in heaven what about Abel or did he somehow sell his soul to his own brother who then took his payment by his life or used a dark ritual to send Abel to hell

Eat the fruit plus if hazbin Adam is anything like paradise list Adam he would be a genius knowing defying God command is foolish yet lilshit and lucifraud ever disobedient to divine mandate would see his obedience as weakness
