if enemy only has sam's and not mobile anti air you can use attack helicopter's to destroy them
Assault heli will beat aa also. The aa only does around 4 dmg to heli while the heli will do over 8 to it. But it will be in a stack so will the heli and you mix the types of heli and you will usually beat the 1 or 2 aa they have in a stack.

Radar/sam/mrls stacks are better imo
what kind of device you use you game interface looks different, is it on a tablet?

What if someone has MRL and sams? This combo won’t be able to do much against it

2. How do you attack cities with 1 infantry and not get obliterated? Are you playing only against AI?😁 I'm asking cause they usually wait me with a stack of 10. And I'm talking tanks, artillery, officers...

Question: I was able to upgrade my units in research, but I don’t know how to mobilize the unit with its upgrades
when you research and upgrade a unit ,all of these units are automatically upgraded on the map
Should I annex occupied cities?
Only in very key/strategic locations. It’s really expensive. You’re better off demolishing everything from invaded city except recruitment office, and industry.
Annexating cities give a huge economy boost so its deffinetly worth it on the long run

5 SAMs
5 MRLs
Aren’t special forces a bit too expensive to be worth?
They are useful some of the time.
