It's been 5 years since Live 19. And NBA Live/EA Sports basketball has been trying to "Make a Comeback" since NBA Elite 11. its been over a decade, it's over ! the best thing EA Sports should do is relaunch a new NBA Street.
If they do cone back it could be a good change. For instance, look at how it seems they put in a lot if work on ncaa 25. But then again, it is ea lol

Ea should work with the big 3. Center career mode around the big 3 with ice cube involvement. That way we can have online game focus on streetball. Have half court 3 on 3. Full court 3 on 3. Then have rec room kind thing. 5 on 5 ball. People dying for 2k alternate. Most of us focus on myplayer anyways. Could build a community that could be well for ea. but again its ea, madden not that much different then 2k when it comes to putting out a good game.

It’s not an exclusive license. They just have a license. Live can also obtain a license.

I am going to go conspiracy theory here. Remember the arcade NFL game that 2k was supposed to come out like 2-3 years ago? I think 2K and EA made a deal for 2K to cancel the football game and EA cancels a new version of Live. It's conspiracy theory as I said, but it's a coincidence that both companies haven't released planned games that would have served as competition.

Wait, ya'll thought NBA Live was really coming back? 😂😂 Take Two is just way too ahead in it's market, Live would need a whole lot of trust, commitment, teamwork and cooperation from investors to be able to catch up with NBA2K. Investors generally don't put their funding in failed products.

Yea I’m over 2k I just play seasons with my era because the grinding in my player don’t make sense and the online gameplay has went way to far with all the mods
I would because live is the original. They were relevant before 2K and they had a larger community before 2K. It was a better game in particular the dribbling was way better in terms of the controls. Also live came up with the quote unquote badge concept of the old ancient days before 2k. Now if you know the evolution you know what I'm talking about they were not called badges back then and they were a bit different. I believe the name was signature skills or something like that. But eventually it didn't do good enough to keep the game relevant and 2K definitely surpassed them in every category. Doesn't mean they can't slowly creep back in though. The business practices of 2K are atrocious in my opinion. In the community is always extremely divided that gives life potential chance..

EA doesn’t need the the NBA license they could go strictly pro am route with all the real authentic courts they have or they could go outside the box and find a way to incorporate The Big 3 and still have the elements from live series. Or they can go the NBA Street route and just go full out arcade and leave sim to 2K all long shots I know but at this point it’s better than just not having any other basketball game…

The games had mad potential if they stuck with it. Live19 overall was decent enough the gameplay needed work, the foundation was fun and rewarding.
