2K got 2K streamers in a bind. The legend grind was nothing most 2K players even went after because unless you quit your day job and played 8+ hours a day, it was unachievable. 2K progression system as a whole is a joke compared to other games.
Dudes went weeks without a shower just for top 10 smh. And they have no job either,just steam 2k all day.

Gotta stop Zens, fix servers, stop controlling players, make the game exciting but not soo cheesy, better rewards, allow us to have any animations but go by size again, more animations for bigs, better random match ups, etc.
One of my friends and I had the same conversation. And we came to the conclusion that they would never do that cuz they don't care about us. They know the people they have mentally enslaved will drop thousands to tens of thousands of dollars on their game every year
I thought I played more and better than the average player and only a Veteran 1; however I never had a goal or grind in mind because everything seemed so far fetched! I would be interested in a new Legend Grind!

@tbgtabias that's insane to say seeing how this year has the smallest green window in 2k history by a very wide margin. If they make the shooting any harder people will not even bother playing 2k25😂 they already nerfed the green windows by 70% from 23 to 24. How much more do you want?🤣😭

I stopped grinding for legend after 17. It’s great for you tubers or people who plan to know life the game, but I just don’t have that kind of time I personally like what they’re doing with the season is able to get rewards. I wouldn’t be opposed to them coming up with some exclusive rewardsfor accomplishing certain things during a season but as far as the life grind if they bring that back, I’m not participating lol

Every day, AllCity just makes it clearer that 2K25 just wants us to drop and give them $50-more like $150. Like KDot said: "They not like us," and they don't care about our financial responsibility. They don't want to bring us value or provide a fair deal for an annual product that costs as much as car insurance. At least you can do what you want with your car. If we don't buy their game, pay monthly subscriptions, and keep their $5 billion revenue growing, they'll still keep pushing. I'm all about "No Money Spent" in 2025. I'm not dropping and giving them $50. And where are the cages? Did they just remove that from 2K24? That was a fun game mode for my non-duking builds. I'm boycotting 2K25 and will keep enjoying 2K24 until the servers close. #NoMoneySpent2025

I cannot stress this enough. I would like for them to implement if you’re going to put the legend grind I never played at that point in time. I was too busy chasing the bag now my thing is if you’re gonna put that in your chase for legend that means all your bills should be able to help give positive, pushed to that bar what I would like personally is separate affiliations for each build so for my point guard I can use heat check for my power forward. Let me get to way tenacity. And regardless your affiliation, no matter which building you bringing out should allow you to help to get to legend and let’s not make it so hard to unlock your affiliation abilities so for the casuals out there, including myself, even though some people say I’m a casual. Some people say I’m a sweat. I don’t know. I don’t care. I just wanna play and I wanna win.

No lie. 2k doesn’t really upset me. We get on to play basketball. That’s it. Everything outside of it is an extra and we should just look at it like that. Cop the basic. $100 vc $160 spent. 2 builds. Well really kind of 1.5 you’ll grind the other one. And then mid year another $100 if you got it. And move on. Or they give you a no vc needed 75 overall in the season pass
Thank you. Except for 24 I did the $150 but normally I bought the $60 version and got $100 VC pack and kept it moving. The only thing I don’t like with 2K is the VC prices and how the paint defense after the 3 season went down the same way it did in 23.

I think what 2K is doing is that their trying to make the actual my career mode more important by having your username somehow advertised in the city. I have 10 championship rings in NBA 2K24 and other than wearing each ring on my finger, nobody would know unless I tell them. Playing my career has no true value other than grinding out your build and I think by showcasing your accomplishments you've made in my career throughout the city just might help with that. We'll see.
I'm actually buying 2k25. But I'll be getting rid of my Xbox series x. No need for it since 2k25 new gen is on pc now. I'm not worried about cheaters because I play offline mostly.
