    A pretty neat trick to know about shadows and materials in Sketchup, I see it being useful for dioramas or plan cuts. What are your thoughts?

    Great tip...a bit quick with the photoshop section (for PS newbies) but I managed. Been thinking about how to do this for ages-great, thanks.

    Great trick. Thank you! I'm having trouble rendering with a shadow while the geometry is "hidden". Any tips?

    Cool. Don't remember the last I actually learned something new in SketchUp! This is a bit too hacky for me personally. Maybe Trimble will get their lazy ass to add a proper visibility property tab to SketchUp somewhere in 202..

    This works until I select any scene, then it turns solid black sadly
