    I don’t practice this enough but when I do I’m using the back foot 🦶 at the wall because whenever the front thigh sets on the chair it’s always a great challenge to keep the back foot grounded. Maybe I’ll add some blankets to fill in by the wall where the foot comes up. 😅

    Sería tan amable de informe por favor ejercicios para la columna lumbar.
    Tengo l3sion L5--S1. Me causa ciatica pier a derecha muy muy dolorosa, desde la cadera, el trocanter, muslo, pierna por el exterior haya el tobillo.
    He observado que este tipo de YOGA, me viene, muy bien
    Espero se respuesta. Un ABRAZO MAESTRA. NAMASTE!!!!!

      Hola, encantador que hayas encontrado mi clase y feliz de que veas el beneficio. Tengo un video que subo en la espalda baja y lo que necesita saber. Esto puede ayudar a su comprensión, pero tal vez sea mejor unirse a una de mis clases o una privada para que tenga una comprensión más profunda. Mientras tanto, supta padangustasana con el pie en la pared para estabilidad y alineación; también parvanmuktanasana (rodillas al pecho) manteniendo la parte baja de la espalda ancha y amplia haciendo espacio. Tiene un pinzamiento, así que lo mejor es que vea que recomiende la mejor solución. Vea si eso ayuda un poco. Namaste

    This is great but my front leg over the chair seat wants to slide inward. A blanket helps under the thigh but just wondering how to keep front foot grounded?

      Nice to hear from you and thanks for your question Debbie. Instead of the blanket use an extra mat if you have one. Or just have the thigh directly on the chair.
      If the foot is not grounded ( often we must adjust as all chairs are different heights as well as all our limbs different lengths) place a block or a small book under the foot. Whatever you have handing that will make sure your leg is at a right angle and your foot grounded for stability. Happy practicing! 🙏🏻
