I usually have a hard time with binds, the allignment teaching in this video really helped me! ❤ I got further in this pose then I have ever been able to!! 😄
One of my least favourite postures, my thighs burn like crazy!! I know it means my body needs that posture but it's a killer. Would rather do half pigeon, I love 😍 it! Thanks Christina, much love, namaste 🙏 💖 💖 💖 💖

At first attempt it was very hard, but after warming up a bit it got easier, i was Even able to touch my fingers
