This is a group of people who do not like Star Wars, never watched Star Wars in the past, and have no respect at all for the fan base.
Yet somehow, there are some fans out there that let themselves duped by these people that they started to accuse people of being a hater just for pointing out the series is bad. There are groups on Facebook with people pointing out the series is just bad, normal criticism, nothing overtly bad, but somehow these fans call them haters and saying that they find only haters everywhere.

That's completely wrong. The sith used to be a race. Then after they went extinct, dark side users took on that name themselves. It wasn't a derogatory term used by jedi. Next it'll be blue milk is racist against the sith. This is just stupidity at this point.
Correction. Sith, as race are not extinct (at least in Legends). Yes, Sith as Group/Order of dark side force users took their name after the race (Rogue Jedi assimilated with Sith race), but not after their extinction, but they conquered them, learned their "magic", "alchemy" and became rulers of the whole race. It was during Hundred-Year Darkness. Sith (race) became to worship their new rulers as godlike creatures, as they worshiped their Lords (Sith'ari) and little bit later even new term was born from sith language - Jen'ari (Dark lord of the Sith) . From there the Order and Empire began as "Sith" as common term for dark side force users in general.

I've said it before, and I'll say it here: Disney is working toward making OG Star Wars (A New Hope, Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi), and even the prequel movies (Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, Revenge of the Sith), a part of LEGENDS. Disney is currently REMAKING Star Wars in their own vision/image. What we (the OG fans) know is systematically being destroyed and rewritten.
Star Wars ended when George Lucas sold Star Wars. In my opinion, the ONLY exception to this is Rogue One because it directly tied into the OG Star Wars without retconning. It's the only "new" movie that I consider part of true canon.

Wasn't the SITH a race of beings that a certain group of Darksiders encountered, then used as their work force and eventually mingled with them over time to become the Sith that we are more familiar with in the PT and OTs? Prior to that, the group of Darksiders wasn't known as the Sith.

It comes from the old 90s EU novels. I was shocked when they started using it in the Mandalorian. I think it should have stayed dead. There are a lot of other Star Wars “curse words” that sound better that they could have used instead.

I read the "EU" back when it was considered cannon or at least subable. Now there is no auch thing anymore. They have taken George's universe and twisted it into something unrecognizable. It's common for older PG rated sci fi and fantasy to make fake words to creatively communicate everything from swearing to cultural ideas within their own world without offending anyone. Take Red Dwarf's "smeg off" for example. How this is now a point of contention is... IDK, that's insane.

Sithspawn being the SW equivalent to son of a nutcracker, had its roots in ancient Sith war beast made with dark side alchemy known as sithspawn.
Pretty sure someone came up with sithspit because it sounded fun. But Sith itself has never been a derogatory term.
