I am not installer and I am trying to replace my envoy-S standard but I can not log into the app?!?!

Hello, you'll simply need to add an account, sign up, and then you can proceed forward in the installer App. (it's labeled Installer toolkit). Alternatively, customer service team may be able to help remotely!
