Agreed. Enphase sent me a video from 2020 that doesn't match my app at all. I then found this one, but it's out of date, too. Is there not a video that shows how the current version of the app works???
I got no real data for over 24 hours. I called my installers Service Dept and by the time they got back to the next my app UPDATED itself and was showing solar production with the nifty graphics. But under GRID it says "IDLE". So I'm guessing I will need some more CT's installed. I have requested a quote. About how much should that cost? I wish they had told me that upfront, I would have added that feature to my order, as I did for the Critter Guards.

Hey there! that's actually because your system isn't equipped with consumption CTs or may be they aren't enabled in Enlighten. Coz, that's what is responsible to show grid dependence or say consumption.
I now have control of a system that my father on his house. I find these panels in the system to be a waste of money. Five years after install my micro inverters turned out to be a crappy version. It took my installer another five years to get them running. I bet it takes another 50 to see a return on investment.

@@abisolaabisola7357make sure you have downloaded Enphase Enlighten app. If the app is not showing import, export and consumption let me know I can fix that for you.
The app has a built in demo that simulates an enphase system with storage. You can explore the features of the app if you don't have a live system to log in to. This can be useful to learn what kind of information your app can provide before your install is commissioned. If you have your own commissioned system, you can exit the demo mode in the app to log in to your live system.
My app is completely different. This information is useless to me. Not one thing in my app matched this video.

Why is my main screen different ? It doesn’t show how much I’m consuming. Just the production
your installer has either not installed consumption monitoring CTs or has not enabled it in the settings. Contact them and ask.

can I use this app if I choose a battery back up (enphase encharge 10) with no pv system?

Don't be silly. Solar panels only have a 25 year life span. The whole thing will be in the land fill in 50 years.
HOW DO YOU CHANGE/UPDATE THE CURRECNCY EQUIVALENT?
Go to settings, then press performance. You can edit it there. If you have done so yet.

@@SD-in2mv I called Enphase and discovered they were never notified of my installation.
Make sure you have logged in with your registered email address and your account has been activated completely
