The whole song is incredible but the way she finishes it, specifically the timbre in her voice as she trails off in the end, hits me really hard. It just resonates so well. The power of music is truly an incredible force. To be able to bring millions of people together in understanding, love, and appreciation, only if for several minutes, is a gift and I believe she knew she had to give it to as many people as she possibly could during her time here. I can only imagine the pressure she must have endured. Not many people can say they are truly iconic, influential people. It must have been difficult to live up to the expectations that came with such power. 😥
