    Incredible work! The story, the music choice, the tone of the film, the style of shots. All cohesive & creative. It definitely didn't feel like 4 & 1/2 minutes. Great work!

    This is well shot. The colors look amazing. From a story standpoint, I'd have loved to know more about the owner himself, and to also see more of him.

    Wow! This was a treat to watch. I'm a newly Komodo owner, and watching this film inspired me to make a short doc of my own. I love everything about this film, from Stroy to the music. Great work, man! You just earned a subscriber!

    In this era, i would pay $50 for a 12oz jar of this. they should re-market this as organic syrup and drop into WHOLE foods or website. great production on film and story!

    MAURITIUS has been a leading producer of Sugar, as a mono crop since the 17th century. There were initially 303 sugar mills which started producing Sugar in the way you just showed in your wonderful RED KOMODO footage. Today there are only 4 sugar mills operating in a centralized way together with very sophisticated technology that yields special Sugar, Ethanol, Rum, etc. exported to the world, including USA. I invite you & your family to visit MAURITIUS, until I receive my own KOMODO Camera. Good luck.

    What lenses were used and what type of audio equipment did you use, mics, recorders, etc? As a fellow Komodo user I’m really impressed, amazing work!

      We used sigma art and Canon L photo lenses and a wireless lav.

  • @chrisnguyendop

    Wow this looks beautiful! What lenses did you use? Sigma 18-35? Any filtration? 1/8 bpm? Your coloring methodology?

    • @willowfilmcompany
      @willowfilmcompany  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Chris, we used sigma primes with no filtration. Komodo sensor is pretty soft already. Colored in Davinci!

    I have a question.
    How do you handle the audio?
    Were there a person who's in charge of audio recording? Or it's just an Komodo internal audio

    • @willowfilmcompany
      @willowfilmcompany  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      We had an external recorder and in between takes we would record MOS foley and then put a wireless lav on Mr Gray.
