Great job on this one! Im curious about licensing/getting hold of archival footage from tv-stations. What is the process? Do you ask for everything they got and then take on the massive task going through everything to find what you are looking for, or is there a better way? :)

I'm wondering how you see this here in this film; was it something you knew ahead of time or how did you discover it? Thanks!
How did you light the scenes in the garage? And why?
Amazing work Mark! Loved the combination of epic present day shots with the beautiful blue /gold morphic filters and the epic aerial archive footage. Was just curious about your process, after getting the story what were some essential, upfront choices or decisions you made before launching into it (i.e. small team, certain size budget, how it might look etc).

Mark, this was super immersive. The 10 minutes literally flew past. Apart from the beautiful story, I absolutely love the interview shots and the handshake in the riding sequences strongly emphasise the movement and speed that you were trying to depict. The sound design and colours are absolutely stellar.
I recently uploaded my first TH-cam video and I chose to document my friend who builds custom bikes! It’s so cool you uploaded this around the same time haha!

Well done. Dramatic music adds so much to a film. I tried to ride a Yamaha 465 dirt bike years ago. I hit the gas and the bike somersaulted out from underneath me. I did not get back on it.
