    1) For higher pdty Growth + jump in sales while HQ with low prdty Jump in sales should be seen
    2) Dr. List and freq should be as per Potential rather than convenience
    3) No substitute for Hard work and integrity

    My learning from this video -
    1)With new incentive policy,we can earn high incentive on high growth wth but for low PCPM HQ jump in sales to see.
    2)Dr. List to be corrected-Only potential drs,proper frequency as per potential,180 to 190 dr should be in list.
    3)Input vs output-outcome of visit to check,eg. meeting more than 1year still no outcome.New product trends tell all about working.
    4)Stagnation leads to downfall.No compromise on Corruption,Inefficiency,No-Improvement.

    2- we always added potential doctor
    3- No matter 10 doctor's calls are tough but we are adding minimum 2 frequency
