Always stay busy, be mysterious, be yourself, love yourself 1st, and dont worry about women all the time. When you're in a relationship dont talk all the damn time either. Last but not least stay on your purpose. TBH there is 1 thing that is incorrect about this topic which is appearance. Your image is very important just dont check on yourself all the time in front of your girlfriends. Why wouldnt a guy not care about what he wears? Lets say for example Guys you like clothes that make you look homeless or are you a business man? Women love guys who dress sharp and are highly intelligent. I think that from the lack of confidece derives all the other 4 except the eagerness to do stuff. If you lack confidence, impicitly you're going to talk softly. Also, you will try to be too nice with people as a way of getting attention from girls/people. But this is not the case, and eventually you're going to be catalogued as 'nice guy' which is a worst!

That last point about being too eager, it gets kinda tricky because women also lose intrest in dudes who lack confidence in putting in action, having that charisma of doing things. There are ways of doing this without looking desperate by balancing shit out.

best thing you can do if you like someone is to secretly stock them, find out where they shop, where they live. if they recognize you on the street, just look away quickly like you are minding your own business. then after a few weeks or months you can approach. I'm 54 and met this wonderfully sweet 30 year old woman. She doesn't know my exact age because she hasn't asked and most people guess that I'm in m y early 40's. I made a somewhat trivial mistake, (I broke one of the house rules where we live) ... still a mistake though and promptly apologized. @Malik Martin A lot of times channels like these use expressions like "Psychology indicates" which if you are going to do that, then you should 100% indicate your sources. Furthermore my issue is with these types of channels not indicating clearly that they are just that, advices. Often times they leave it deliberatly in the air just to get more views, and some people do actually believe this to be the answer.
When im making these types of arguments is not because i feel cheated that i followed these steps and it didnt work, its simply because i know there are people that will look at this and take them for granted because, again, they never specificly and clearly indictate that its just subjective experience.
