The best way to get good at flirting (or anything really) is to just have fun with it... if you're in school there's going to be other girls in your class, if you're working there's going to be female coworkers and in a worst-case scenario, you at least have some friend that has a hot, younger sister. ;-) I must, however, remind you of Article 19 of the Bro Code "A Bro shall not sleep with another Bro's sister. However, a Bro shall not get angry if another Bro says, 'Dude, your sister'shot!'" but "flirting" is not "sleeping with", just remember where the line goes.
After so many years of flirting and having heard any kind of advice, I ended to one and only conclusion. Guess what, just have the guts to go for it and then find what works for you best. Just be yourself every guy flirts differently just like every girl does too so don‘t get intimidaded by women when they start flirting with you. In the late 80's i was young and very handsome, but i was so shy and awkward.
I can't count how many times i missed opportunities with gorgeous girls who'd flirt but i didn't know how to pursue them verbally. I worked in a mall and a mullato looking GORGEOUS girl worked next door there, every time i walked home thru the sears there she was at the jewelry counter wearing most often a mint green short dress, the girl had the most gorgeous face and figure, and she'd wave, smile and often we'd speak just a few words. Boy was i young and dumb.
