  • Since 2018 I have been working with a lot of Professional Football players who have been coming to me to discuss their Snus addiction. In this video, I am going to share a few of my insights in successfully helping them overcome their addiction to Snus (and other tobacco products) in just 1 or 2 sessions.
    I am a NLP Coach/Therapist, with over 20 years experience working with literally 1000's of people face to face. I employ techniques and best practices from NLP, Neuroscience , Hypnosis and Addiction Therapy.
    I am currently working with a few well-known Football clubs in England and Scotland helping their players come off Snus as it is really affecting their performance and in the end, their careers.
    If you think you or someone you know is addicted to Snus ,please feel free to reach out to me at andy@andymacarthur.com.

    The benefits of using snus as a alternative to smoking tobacco is inmeasurable. BTW Sweden has the lowest number of Cancer patients than any other European country. Wonder why? Since they are also the country where the most snus users are. It is the safest way to use tobacco by a mile. Im South African BTW and the use of snus got me smoke free is less than a week. Sure its a nicotine addiction but its no worse than a caffein addiction.

      Hi Antoon, I totally agree Snus is far, far safer than smoking Tobacco.My argument is aimed at professional football players who don't realise how addictive nicotine is and how hard it is to come off it.

    • @antoonels
      @antoonels ปีที่แล้ว +1

      To get off nicotine is surely a struggle ive been using snus and other Nicotine pouches for 2years now and get get off them is not easy but there are weaker products out there that can make it easier to get rid of the addiction i started with the wicked stuff 43mg/gram and im now down to 11mg/gram will soon move to 8mg/gram and hoping to leave nicotine within the next year. Thanks for the reply to my message and I understand why you want to adress the dangers of addiction but yes I think only the high nicotine products should be pointed out.

      @@antoonels Thanks for the information, really useful! I actually work with pro footballers helping them get off it and believe me they find it very hard to stop using Snus.They all think it's not addictive

    just managed to end a decade long smoking habit using snus. swedish scientists have been researching the health effects of using snus for a long time, and all the studies show that the damage done by smoking is simply incomparable. it's a hell of a lot safer, and because it is so highly addictive it makes it very easy to switch to from cigarettes. i think it's a real shame that you would make a video like this which could talk somebody out of making a life saving decision to stop smoking. so stupid.

    • @theandymacarthur
      @theandymacarthur  6 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      I get what you are say it's fantastic you know longer smoke tobacco,however this video is for people who want to take it further and get off Snus, mainly professional footballers in the UK who I work with.Snus for them is causing a lot of them a lot of distress with the withdrawal symptoms.Nicotine is very addictive.But I totally agree with you that it's far better to use Snus rather smoke.

      Like any substance such as Alcohol or Narcotics, some people can take it with no ill effect and some people cannot.The same applies to Snus.I am only going on what is presented to me by my clients.I agree totally that Snus is far safer than cigarettes and I am really pleased that you gave them up :)

    • @thechallange7227

      I completely understand what you are trying to do buddy. Snus is still a tobacco product and any/all tobacco causes cancer. lost 3 of my grandparents, my uncle a few years ago and my dad has liver cancer now with a short time left and all to cancer. They all smoked except my grandma but she got second hand cancer.. cigarettes are not only deadly to the person smoking them but deadly to all around it. I've never dipped American tobacco but I have been using snus for 6 months now and I feel great! I've done some research and American dip has tons of TSNA which causes cancer and swedish snus has a much much lower levels of TSNA. It's much much safer than other tobacco products but still isn't completely safe...

      Ano Nymous I don't understand your burden. My burden was that I just could not move without coughing a lung out! Always smelling up everywhere I went with cigarette smoke. Non stop headaches. Looking for cigarette butts on the floor to just get a little more smoke out of them..... That was a major burden. Now that I've been using snus for almost 7 months I'm without burden.... Life is so much easier and especially so much healthier.... Worst case is a little bad breathe until I brush. Now I never said its healthy but it has made life almost 100% easier and if people are addicted to nicotine and will not leave it at all then snus is certainly the way to go....

    • @thechallange7227
      @thechallange7227 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I don't understand but yea snus is a safer alternative to cigarettes but it's still dangerous because it is tobacco so it's addictive and causes many illnesses like cancer. Doesn't change the fact that it's made mine and so many others lives healthier.....

      @@edwardkurti4195 you seem very aggressive. In fact most comments by the snus users seem to be. Perhaps you should consider that your reaction to something is not the holy grail for any other person that tries this crap. If something is addictive it's not good it really is that simple.

      i tried it today with a friend- a really strong one as well. I puked a lot, it was 40 mg/g of nic. I felt good for like 5 mins but then I could barely move for an hour. It's legal here as well.
