The Ultimate 2024 Recovery Book Club Program!
Book number two in my Hall of Fame Recovery books is A Programme for you.The authors are anonymous funnily enough but I actually think it's written by Joe and Charlie, two legendary AA speakers who were authorities on the 12 Step Programme.
This book explains in simple terms actually how to use the programme in your daily life and it tells you how actually go through the programme.I use it like a self-help book and I still use the principles taught in this book even now because I want to continue living a life in recovery!

It might seem paradoxical to focus on a spot and at the same time have wide vision, but: This is what happens when you take a vision field test. You focus your eyes on one spot and at the same time push a button every time a flashing light goes on all around that spot. I've just tried out your suggestions and they work wonderfully. The benefits of using snus as a alternative to smoking tobacco is inmeasurable. BTW Sweden has the lowest number of Cancer patients than any other European country. Wonder why? Since they are also the country where the most snus users are. It is the safest way to use tobacco by a mile. Im South African BTW and the use of snus got me smoke free is less than a week. Sure its a nicotine addiction but its no worse than a caffein addiction.

To get off nicotine is surely a struggle ive been using snus and other Nicotine pouches for 2years now and get get off them is not easy but there are weaker products out there that can make it easier to get rid of the addiction i started with the wicked stuff 43mg/gram and im now down to 11mg/gram will soon move to 8mg/gram and hoping to leave nicotine within the next year. Thanks for the reply to my message and I understand why you want to adress the dangers of addiction but yes I think only the high nicotine products should be pointed out.
