My general advice for people, if you are happy and have something good, dont risk it for DMT. If you are considering suicide, try DMT first.

My man, I had the same exact experience but with lsd. I did lsd every other day for two years when I was 17. Then I finally hit my bad trip and experienced the same thing you did for 4 days straight. Shadows dancing and trying to get me. Shadows of what I thought was demons on the side of my face taunting me. My friends trying to kill me. I was messed for years. I feel the pain you’re feeling. I tried dmt 3 years ago and told the shamim about the issues. Took the first hit and all the flash backs came and I backed off the first hit. I just want you to know that it will pass. Stay strong.

I never really understood "ignorance is bliss" until I had my own traumatizing experience almost 2 years ago. I'm doing better now, but I definitely haven't fully recovered, and I don't know if I ever will. I still have terrible anxiety every now and then and current events in my life certainly aren't helping. But hey, Im glad I at least dont feel like I'm in hell 24/7 like I used to. I have had similar experiences not to be comparing mine to yours just pure speculation, but scientifically It dose sound like psychosis brought on by the alcohol. Psychosis can cause hallucinations and schizophrenia like symptoms as I am sure you know, after having psychedelics I had to stop drinking alcohol and stop smoking cannabis as some times it can put me in a state of panic, fear paranoia and I can hallucinate mainly in the come down or the day after. for me it lasted about 3 weeks and felt like I was consonantly being attacked by negative thoughts and Dark entities telling me things about myself and others that are not true. I did think for a while that I could be stuck like this for all my life. Trying to distract myself did not work it just made the voices louder and the panic worse and I would get Angry and have mood swings.
But on a spiritual level it sounds like maybe kundalini awakening or dark night of the souls where all the dark energies are released from your body. This can be deferent for everyone For me I couldn't stop vomiting and feeling pure dread, fear and panic. I could feel all the emotions and anger and pain of everyone around me as if it was all being directed at me.The hospital is one of the worst places you could be if you are experiencing this as I am sure you know. For me I needed to be as far away from other people as I could because I could feel all they're emotions and energy. It reminded me of an ayahuasca experience but I had taken no drugs other than smoking cannabis a few days before and I was on the come down. I then did some research and found that after taking DMT I had raised my vibration, but when I drank alcohol or smoked cannabis that my vibration had been lowered. This allowed dark energies and demons in and made me susceptible to psychic attack if you believe in that sort of thing. It sounds like you maybe being targeted in the spiritual realm and somebody is cursing you and sending dark entities your way. Or possibly some past traumas coming to the surface for you to heal. The energies at this time are quite chaotic with everything going on around the world at the moment. There is a big planetary cleansing going on and these dark energies are panicking and looking for somewhere to go. If you keep your energies high they won't be able to get to you as much and will move on to somewhere else.
What helped me was staying healthy eating good high vibe foods staying away from any drugs a complete detox. I started exercising more, going out for more walks in nature, meditating more and listening to music. I worked harder on my spiritual practices to protect my energy I used sage and pyrite to protect me and my home from the dark energies. I did things to help me relax and look after myself and give myself the love and attention I deserved. I also cut a lot of negative people out of my life who criticised me and would try and put me down I found that most of the dark energies around me where coming from others judging and cursing me. In my mind I went through things that have happened in the past until I realised these things don't define who I am. By no means am I trying to say my experiences have been the same as yours, and I don't know if what worked for me would work for you. But I hope this helps you and gives you some insight. As for DMT smell, taste and experience the mind produces its own DMT it is possible to have a DMT trip without taking it you can do this with breathing exercises and meditation and certain types of yoga. Remember you are loved, you are strong and can keep the darkness at bay. Much love and peace Bro hope you find your way.
Also some TH-camrs and Spiritual teachers that have helped me are Teal Swan, Aaron Doughty, Victor Oddo, Leo from actualized.org, complex ptsd made simple, your mate Tom, FitlifeTV, Shaman Oaks, Abraham Hicks, DoctorRamani and Kati Morton

I did dmt, and had really heavy period where I was lost, but then I sat with myself and "hugged" all the things that were coming to me (the good ones but especially bad ones), and I am still doing that (I believe all the bad things are here to teach you something or prepare you for something worse,(also I would like you to realise that everything is passing, good or bad)). I'm sad to see you like that, but I think you can snap out of it. I think you need to believe in yourself and know that you're powerful. Let's just see how panic attack works, where it actually controls the whole body. If you can do that to yourself, imagine what can you do to yourself if you're thinking positively. You and everyone of us are just beautiful individuals who have the whole power in our hands only don't know how to use it properly, and that's ok cause we didn't have from anywhere to learn it from. The most of the things that they are teaching us(from our parents to school) is how to function in this world(human civil world), not within ourselves. Working on yourself it's the hardest thing you'll ever do, but it's worth it cause you were born alone and you'll die alone.
Anyway i just wanted to say that you didn't deserve to live in fear, and you are the only person who can help yourself. What is the point of this life if we don't enjoy it...?
Would really like to help you and if this post means anything to you just contact me and we'll talk. That's sometimes the best therapy.
I am now sending you lots of love and joy, and wish you to understand yours and the world's beauty and really enjoy life.
NOTHING IN THIS LIFE IS THAT SERIOUS, PLAY THE GAME.✌️

I've experienced similar everythink periods and I understand the ignorance is bliss part.
There have been times that I wish I knew less, and times where I wished I could just be somewhat normal than stuck in my anxiety flashback mode of thinking that I cannot turn off.
I've felt pure fear, pure anxiety, etc. Sudden wavess, random feelings.
I'm sure your experiences have been more intense, but I can empathize.
You're not alone and with time your mind will heal itself, steady usage of certain meds might help regulate your mind as well.
I suggest regular exercise as that has helped to boost moods and can help regulate your mind's biochemistry which won't stop these incidents from happening, but it will give you an edge on managing them as they occur or even staving off the frequency and the actual events.

I've never done DMT, never tried acid either, but I am very into psilocybin experiences and microdosing has been the best thing I've ever done for my mental health.
I saw someone in the depths of a REALLY, really bad LSD trip when I was a teen and that's why I chose not to dabble in it. I've heard great things about DMT but was hesitant...and since I have experienced severe panic attacks before, and reoccurring in the past..so I think based on your experiences I think I will stay away from DMT
By the way, I am so sorry you went through this. I cannot even imagine how terrifying this whole situation was especially after EMT came and being afraid of being permanently in a psychotic state you were experiencing. I cannot imagine.

Drinking is the problem. Anxiety and panic disorder will not go away if you continue to drink. If you are having hangovers with any regularity, you’re drinking too much. It sounds like you need to stop entirely.
Alcohol messes up your brain in ways that are permanent. It also messes up your digestive system and your sleep patterns.
You also are still learning how to manage anxiety, which is a skill in and of itself. It takes years.
The two takeaways you should have from this are:
    1. Stop drinking
    2. Don’t do any psychedelics
If you haven’t figured this out yet, or you’ve been asking for help from the universe, or you’ve been saying “god give me a sign” THIS the sign. Stop drinking. And take vitamin D. I’m betting you don’t get enough sunlight. 5000 IUs a day.
I promise you that if you do this for two weeks, you will turn a corner. And you’ll do it for another two weeks. And then four. And then eight.
Step 1 is to stop drinking. That’s the solution. That’s the ticket out of this hell. I promise you. Ignore the other well-meaning nonsense in these comments. The problem is alcohol.
Please don’t take this like a scolding parent. I’ve been down a road similar to yours and I’m just speaking from experience.

You hit it right on the nose. I was going to comment on that about the experienced he had as the first few hours of alcohol withdrawals. I too used to trip a lot on LSD back in my day and when I felt that way I would always blame it on the flash backs on LSD and not the fact that it was alcohol. I protected my alcohol use for many many years until 4 years ago it send me to the hospital with a severe case of alcohol hallucinosis. I stop drink And sure enough my ear still rings like crazy but now I can handle it because I stay sober. I relaps of time to time because I stupid and like to party and the same shit happens all over again the paranoia schizophrenic feeling, but it gets worse every time so I need to stop for good. I can bet you it was alcoholic withdrawals and not a DMT flashback. I can’t believe they didn’t catch it at the hospital. It’s one of the first things they ask you if you drink too much or do drugs.

Hey there! After watching your videos I really wanted to try and sum some things up which I'm actually sure you're aware of. Having your perception amplified to this point is crazy, I wonder how you are right now. The fact is we're not made for this kind of information processing. As human individuals we are like lots of pieces that are made to feel separated so interaction actually has any meaning and we can talk and hold hands and do whatever with this "I'm me and you're you" kind of shit. That limitation is so we can feel unique, and develop in unique ways, and try to have fun, and learn, and actually use up time to evolve as individuals which are not an "infinite everything" I guess. The math gets crazy when we try to apply the oneness to our view of reality -- this oneness makes so that the world is more "alive" than we give it credit for. Every event and interaction is actually our own reflection, just as it's meaning, and be it good or bad the meaning we give to it, it's just trying to wake us up - by mirroring us. Not messages or things we should try to grasp or understand, but actual mirrors of what we are doing to ourselves. If you have the time, please search for a book called "The School for Gods", from Elio D'anna. Hope to hear from you!

@@Simsandwichman I'm glad you're better! Hearing about what happened brought back memories from my own psychedelics abuse - I remember this one time I could hear everyone's intentions as you were explaining, and instead of asking for help my reaction was trying to escape! 🤣 I put my dog in the car, packed my bags and were on my way nowhere! I lived by myself but on a family's house. Of course there was no escape from my own head, so it was just the need for grounding. There's no point on being that much perceptive about other people. I don't have a channel nor anything like that as of now... I do have a big-ass text in which I try to explain reality in words, but it's written in my native language - Brazilian portuguese. I'm not sure words can help anyone though. It's like pointing to the moon - all we have to show for it is our finger, the moon must be experienced, not explained, and in this case it's a lifelong "moon". If the oneness subject is of your interest though, you can find my untranslated words on "um.enzovecchio.com".

Your comment is pretty old, but if you're still there, do you mean depersonalization/derealization disorder? could you describe more what you experience? I also think what he's describing in the video has some similarities to it, although I have never heard voices or had other true wakeful hallucinations. I mostly see visual distortions that make everything look unreal and dreamy. Aside from that I have seen momentary "corner of the eye" things while sleep-deprived, floating shapes with eyes open in complete darkness and also LSD-like fractals on the surface of things while waking up on a couple occasions. I think in my case it is connected to some vestibular system or migraine-related issues. Research seems to suggest anxiety, dissociation, migraine, and the vestibular system all play a role in these symptoms that could be interpreted as a form of Alice in Wonderland syndrome.

Anti psychotics and effexor combined saved my ass overnight. I never thought i would get my life back. I was shook and scared to my core and lost everything. I couldnt even think about anything. The sheer magnitude paralyzed me with fear.
Biggest mistake of my life. Got stuck in a timeloop that traumatized me after i came back. Its hard to imagine how fucked you feel when you get stuck in a goddamn loop where even your own thoughts are looping, like a 5 second loop repeating for so long, and that was just the takeoff
Nevermind how its even possible to be aware of a loop in which you yourself are looping
Funny thing is i felt fine for almost a week after coming back. But then the insomnia and triggers started happening. I would start to feel like i was losing my mind, and panic, and that my sanity was so delicate, like a thought bubble ready to burst.
Nowadays i have to be careful about drinking and coffee. Binge drinking and alcohol withdrawal coupled with caffeine is enough to sensitize me and make the flashbacks come

Yeah my last Dmt trip was in 2018 and the anti psychotics did help and I’ve only been free of them for three months now which is so nice because I genuinely thought I’d be on them for life given my sleep problems. Yeah I had a similar experience with time looping which is scary as fuck . I had a hyper lucid dream that the world was moving in reverse, like the superman movie except for the spin of the planet . I came out of it as if it was a real place I had escaped from and it took several hours to shake the feeling.
Psychosis is no joke and doesn’t fuck around. The trap of getting locked in existential despair, knowing everything and knowing when anything will happen, it’s so intense and near impossible to explain to people the true meaning of dread felt . Glad you’re feeling better now friend .

At any given time there is as much DMT in your brain as serotonin. Thoughts can alter any one of your neurotransmitters. It seems like the ratio of DMT to other neurotransmitters for you was out of whack for a bit for whatever reason. If it happens again you know that you survived it intact before so it won't be so bad next time. People get NDE's and claim to still have access to that other world years later. Hey Bud,
I had a psychotic episode from cannabis one day last year. I have been smoking it since I was 16 not ever day but yes at least once or twice a week. I am 31 now and I thought it would never happen to me but it did and it was the weirdest shit ever. I had the biggest hit from gravity bong and 10 minutes into the experience I realised that time had stopped like completely like I was near a black hole and I was paralysed, I lost my long term memory for 2 hours I had no idea what I do for work when was I at work last even though I actually worked that day I forgot my first name as well as my last name who my fiance was I forgot about my parents siblings and etc. The ambulance came and checked if I was ok and yes apparently I was so up until today I really don't understand what actually happened and why but I it was the scariest moment of my life as I thought that I was going to be like this for the rest of my life. The only positive thing was that every time I thought of the vastness of the universe and infinity it was calming me down and this voice inside me was saying it is going to be ok. So I think knowing why are you taking your substance and what are your intentions is very important. I have started experimenting with dmt like 8 months ago now starting from microdosing 5mg to 10 and 15 and now 35 to 50 mg. Last time I have do 3 rounds of 20mg one after the other and I am telling you brother it was the calmest moment of my life, like ever. I started meditating twice a day for at least 5 minutes since last and writing journal right after the experience and started really going deep into this process. I even contacted Rick Strasman who wrote the Spirit molecule asking how to actually do it properly, he replied back and gave me really good tips how to get started with the medicine. The more you know the better because that is your SET your settings your mind your letting your subconscious know what's about to happen.
Never go all in thinking what is going to happen you really have to start slowly almost like shaking hands with dmt so you and the substance get to know each other. Let me know if you want help with anything I am happy to help. Take care and stay safe brother... Peace 🍀

So i may be completely shooting off of the mark here, hullucinagens very rarely give flashbacks but they can very well do, you said you had deeams of your fathers place and not supposed to be there, before this trip that "ruined your life" was there any guilt or hard feelings for what you had done in the past or a traumatic experience that happened? That could of very well been brought up during your dmt trip, which heightened your anxiety even more and could of made that condition worse, ptsd is a very real and horrible thing, could the dmt experience have heightened this. Nightmares are usually brought on by something in our subconscious that we need to work on or that is bothering us, maybe you could benefit from apeaking to someone or dealing with your demons man, also I have to say psychodelics, while they can have alot of benefits if you suffer from mental illness beforehand it really isn't a good combo, I've seen this before in a close friend I had years ago, whenever he would take psychodelics it would really bring out a psychosis in him

These videos were over five years ago and a considerable amount of things have happened since , some new problems and some old ones that I’ve come to terms with having to cope with for the rest of my life . The question and answer is always paradoxically life . It’s an insane thing to live and yet here we are .
Every single dream I’ve ever had of a “home , whether it’s one I’ve lived in or not , I’m not supposed to be there and that recurring theme is the real question I might never get an answer for . Depending on what we subjectively believe, I could be trapped in a reincarnation cycle here in earth 🌍 or I could be a lost spirit stuck here looking for a ship to take me back to wherever real home is . A fallen angel ? A caged demon ? Or a man who has been traumatized so badly in places that called themselves home and the child mind grew a defensive reaction to the idea of home 🏠. . @@Simsandwichman There are many spirits a spirit is it’s word is it’s character and not all the spirits are the same. The Lord said Matthew 6:24
“No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money.
The knowledge of good and evil has been placed in the heart and is a witness of good and bad spirits showing a division.
Spirits hold territory on earth the spirit of buddha is not Christ and good ministering spirits are sent to all.

youve done dmt so you know there are dimensions. you are having trouble balancing the physical and spiritual/mental. You need a strong truth to ground you in moments like these. Know that God is the Universe. God is Creation. God is everything. You are part of the universe. You are part of God. You need to sit down and understand your own beliefs. If you were God how would it all be planned out and what your your purpose now be?

DMT is just too much for some people. Just the thought of smelling burnt plastic and hearing a wrapper crackling sound in my head is enough to make me stay away from it. I already know that's gonna give me a bad trip. They say you have something of a DMT flash at death so you can always play it safe and experience it then.

  • @Pubrick
    @Pubrick 3 ปีที่แล้ว +12

It's pretty apparent that your problems started way before DMT, ie. you mention childhood trauma and other mental health issues. While i get that DMT probably "finished you off", it seems disingenuous to keep giving it 100% credit for your predicament.
You need to accept that you're suffering from paranoid psychosis. A proper diagnosis would help, you can then take the right meds (not double the dose) and quit drinking. You seem overcome with fear and dread at your own helplessness. Yes you're suffering, you think you "know too much"... Well there's still a lot you don't know, I'm sure, or you would be the greatest sage who ever lived. For example you seem to have no idea how to get out of this mess... Isn't that ignorance?
That greater ignorance/bliss that you regret losing, you need to get over that, or put it in proper perspective. In other words, you could integrate it as a rite of passage. We all experience the loss of innocence one way or another. The core mystery of life still remains, so why not take solace in that.
It's a win win scenario, if you really "know too much" then use that super duper wisdom and save yourself. Or if you don't, if you still feel helpless, then you actually are still like the rest of us.. be humbled and grateful you still don't know shit.
What I'm trying to say is, try to accept the worst case scenario. You need to make finding peace your top priority, or you're gonna end up like Chris Cantelmo.

You were on anti psychotics and hungover and you blame a DMT flashback, I think you are misdiagnosing DMT as he cause. DMT does not need negative propaganda, if it is going to save the planet and humanity as it could, should and hopefully will. Try doing DMT when you are not on anti psychotics and drunk and see if it was the route cause of your life being ruined.

@@Simsandwichman If you are not blaming DMT alone, then maybe change your heading from DMT RUINED MY LIFE. I watched your full video because I want to educate myself on DMT negatives, because I cannot see how it can be negative. Ask Chat GPT or any other AI has anyone ever died from using DMT when not mixed with other drugs or medications, the answer is no. Ask it if DMT is addictive, the answer is no. Ask it the same questions for alcohol and tobacco, and prescription drugs from big pharma like OxyContin and Methadone, its millions. Ask it what the latest research shows for the betterment of people with mental health conditions from DMT, the answer is great results. Ask it if DMT can save the planet and humanity and then see if what I claim is unfounded. On what evidence do you say DMT isn't going to save the world? DMT has told me in over 100 breakthroughs that it will stop wars, suicide, megalomaniac totalitarian dictators killing hundreds of thousands of innocent humans, end religions, racism and military budgets when the world becomes one. This is the most amazing molecule that humanity needs to worship and learn from for the next step in our evolution before we become extinct. I respect you attempting to make people aware, but please try DMT when you get of your meds, you are in a good state of mind and not mixing it with other things before claiming DMT RUINED YOUR LIFE🙏I hope you are getting better and your life improves🙏🙏

Yeah you have to completely cut out nicotine and alcohol for atleast 3 months before you go back to them AT ALL. You will see very positive results. Nicotine and alcohol can cause psychosis to attach to you longer than you realised and bring on waves you don't expect - even if the original cause of the psychosis was the use of major drugs like DMT. (I have been through this shit do not ignore this advice or you will continue to torture yourself and and end up posting videos online like this which do no good for YOU). After the 3 months maybe drink once a week max and keep the nicotine intake below 2 cigarettes a day or you will revert back to your psychosis pretty fast.
