In this video, the assembling of Lithium ion,Lithium ferro phosphate cells and Lithium Titanate Oxide (LTO) cells in Indira Nagar, Bangalore is shown. The company is EV Battery Solutions owned by Mr.Bharath. They supply batteries for all type of vehicles- 2 wheelers, 3 wheelers and also 4 wheelers(also for drones) with Battery Management System(BMS). They also provide batteries for Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Government agencies and other Industries.

U can use lithium-ion batteries in series configuration. Mostly radios will work with 6 to 12vdc. So u have to add batteries in series configuration. How much hours of operation will be decided by adding parallel packs. You should purchase a good quality lipo charger for properly charging the battery. Use good quality BMS for battery pack to control charging and maintain charging of individual cell and for equivaliced voltage.

Hi, Is it possible to charge my E-Cycle battery (36v, 11AH) with a 200 watts 24v Solar panel(DC to DC)
DC to dc is probably the best method but u need more volts and watts pannel use a 48 volt storage unit then step down it make good wire gauging..all the best
