IKR! It only showed him do one with his left arm in two clips so I don't know if he was training his other arm off camera but that's really bad if he wasn't.
@@sw4lyfe you won't be able to do a lot of things with the other arm that you could do with your strong arm. Like picking up heavy things, it would tilt to one side because you're not stong enough. And a bunch of other things

I think is awesome when after so many years athletes still go to the same parks they first began working out. Amazing transformation and great one arm muscle-up.
Ramne well in my opinion he has a great lean athletic physique, since his focus wasn’t really on building muscle but on strenght moves, however I still think his muscularity has improved a lot.
@@ElyoloDasLappenLP it's even more impressive considering that his bone structure doesn't help him much (kind of wide hips , narrow shoulders, long skinny arms ) and probably didn't have much pulling strength at the beggining. Pure hard work and consistency. I wonder how much weight he can lift on weighted pull ups
@@TheAnarchist99 yeah that is true! This guy puts in the work, most definitely. I think the guy writing that he is still skinny is just jealous because of his strength and power..
So much hate in the comments, do you guys really think this is all he did for 6 years, do you really think he only ever used one arm and didn't train the other arm/different techniques? People are just jealous bro don't listen to them, very few people in the world can do a one arm muscle up and it looks a lot easier than it actually is. :)
What if he did just train one arm, it certainly looks like that. Most people who train in calisthenics can achieve more than just 13 reps on one arm in 6 years lol. Surely if he was doing anything different he would of showed us in the video.
Did you just start out with one arms with the other arm assisting? And if so, was that the main thing you did to start out? My big problem is the start from deadhang and getting past that first shoulder lift-off. Any training tips?
Awesome motivation keep it up my guy. You just motivated me to get back on the bar regardless of my car accident and get money like you are!! Good video
