Thanks for the heads up on this man. I thought Nomad Survival and Boneraiser Minions where the only Necro games that copied the Vampire Survivors formula. That being said, it took me a solid 8 freaking hours to get the Necro without a guide. Like you said the necro gameplay is FANTASTIC.
I got a new game you can look at: The Unliving. It's a rogue-lite entierly about being a necromancer, though it's still in early access. I haven't tried it myself for that very reason, I like to wait for a full release.
Its not, its extremely different. Its more of an action take on the genre, with the focus being more on avoiding enemy attacks than getting specific builds and synergies. You can get unlimited passive abilities and replace your active ones freely if you find a better one, and it has a dodge so that you wont find yourself in inescapable situations. None of the abilities combine into "super abilities" so youre free to take whichever skills you like the best, and they can all be leveled up infinitely. Leveling skills up also isnt linear, instead youre periodically offered different ways to level up the skills such as faster cast time or more damage and each will advance the skill one level, rather than a set path of upgrades per skill.
Glad to see a review so quickly! Thanks for checking out my suggestion!
You're welcome. I tried it and had fun so made a video :)
This looks like a ton of fun TBH, even aside from the minion gameplay. Gonna have to see about getting this.
yeah it's really good
how did they make a better necromancer than every AAA studio
no soulless suits at the top lol

Hahaha yes they make you work for it, but it's worth it. I'm glad you're enjoying the game.

yeah from all I've heard it still needs some time in the oven
Might have to pick this one up...
yeah imo it's really fun
I am surprised you haven't covered "boneraiser minions " yet since that game is all about the necro bois...
Ah don't be surprised, I can only cover games which I know exist. I didn't know about this one but just added it to my list. Cheers
now do unliving
nah, that game needs more time in the oven
I asked them for a key. If they give one, I'll do it as my next video
@@chebgonaz ngl I dont think is worth the price right now
So long as it's not made by the same guy as Vampire Survivors, because holy shit did that game piss me right the fuck off.
Why?
