awe thank you so much for your sweet words. My weekly crafting is what keeps me sane and it pays the bills at the same time, so it's win win :)
🎉❤😊
Awesome idea
Love all those cards. Such a clever use of a product that doesn’t get used half the time.😊
Amazing cards, love them all. Family always comes first which I'm sure we all understand and love about you. Thanks Sasha and have a beautiful week with your family xxx
WOW. Who would've thought you could make such Beautiful cards out of washi tape?! Amazing! Thank you Sasha. Have a Blesssed Day My Sweet Friend
I love using washi diagonally but only on half the card and then running it through an embossing folder. I love your glittery red with the big heart to break it up. 💛😊
OOOOOOoO that's an awesome idea! i have to do that one day, thank you Melissa
Lots of great backgrounds. Love the holographic card!❤
It is such such nice card to work with. Im super excited about this new white that i found in the shop though. I want to try it with alcohol colours and other mediums
You should try embossing the card once the tape’s on. Not only does it help the tape to stick but it looks stunning
I love all of your great backgrounds, they sure made beautiful cards. Very Inspiring. 😘
Oh, my you were busy using up your washi tape and making beautiful cards with them. I love the narrow strips of the shiny or glitter washi tape between the regular washi. So pretty.
TFS❤
yes i loved those as well, it just seemed to help break up the busy patterns on the colourful washi tapes.
I have a ton of washi, too. I keep it in 12x12 plastic boxes with lids that latch. This way the tapes stay neat and do not get loose ends. It keeps them clean so they don’t collect dust bunnies on the edges.
I have made dividers out of cardboard and sorted them by color, which is such a time saver when looking for a specific color or design. Recently, I culled them and got rid of a few I will never use. BTW, I saved several of the wider ones to use as low-tack tape when die cutting and setting things up.
Definitely looks like you had loads of fun with your washi. Lovely cards
I love these. I always need new ways to use Washi tape. I just made two Washi cards. One I cut dragon flies with a punch on a circle I had made with a punch. Then backed with 3 strips of Washi.
Sasha!!! I just love love your cards!! You know I just love butterflies!! You can never have to many butterflies!! Always enjoy your videos!! Take care!!
ha ha NEVER can have too many butterflies! I love them too! Thank you for watching
I also have a bucket of washi. I could never resist a new multi-color pack or design. Thank you for the inspiration to sort in a variety of ways (color, theme, shapes, etc) and make backgrounds. I especially like the idea of using washi over paper that has a color or pattern you don't love.
Oooooo get digging through them. I really did find it helpful to make them into categories. Made being creative with them easier. And having some metallic or glitter ones to break up the busy patterns helped as well, though having anything more plane or solid would help do that as well. Thank you for watching
What great ways to use that washi tape and such gorgeous cards.
I really love what you did with the panels to make cards. Wonderful.
These cards are sooooo fantastic! Great ways to use washi. Thank you so much. xxx💖💖💖
Thank you Christine :)
Love, love ,love! Some of your backgrounds would make great Christmas cards.
Awe thank you Kim, and yes, the glitters with xmas colours or the blues would be awesome. Like a big snowflake die! that would be fun
Love your cards and card fronts you made with the washi tape. Guess I need to pull out my tub and make a few cards now that I've seen your beautiful backgrounds!!😊
Oh yes you do ;) Hope you have fun
LOVE washi tape! I have a huge collection of it & this has inspired me to get in & use it instead of hoarding it.
Balloon cards are super cute!
Thank you :)
All the cards are amazing, as always🤩😍 But my favourites are the ones with the blue glittertape, those colours are GORGEOUS!!!! Thank you, Sacha, you have given me lots of inspiration!❤
Oh im so pleased, and yes the glitter tape ones i absolutely LOVED!!!
Wow! I just love seeing the joy you get from crafting... sometimes that's the most inspiring thing ! You just DO IT! I need to get to it and just do it!
So many fun outcomes !! Thanks for sharing!
Yes you should, and this one is so quick and easy. I loved just covering card and making backgrounds, so relaxing. Thank you so much for your kind words and for 'hanging out' with me
My goodness Sasha! You have lots of washi tape! I have about 20 rolls and I thought THAT was a lot. But those glittery ones…wow!! Loved the turquoise glitter cards especially. Loved all the cards. I need to get myself some sparkly washi tapes for sure 😊🩷
Aloha from Hawaii 🌺 How cute are these. Amazing washi tape cards that really went to the next level. Love your glitter washi and your color combinations, such a great idea. As always, thank you for sharing 🌺
I love to just cover paper with washi. It is so relaxing. Now I have a bunch of backgrounds. Thank you for the ideas!
it was so relaxing, i think that's why i ended up with so many backgrounds. Thank you for watching
So cute! And I LOVE the sentiment about Velcro shoes.😅💕
Thank you for doing washi tapes. I collected a bunch and never used them.
Great ideas!
Absolutely love these & appreciate all the ideas for the finished cards, they are all so beautiful.
Thank you for the encouraging words. I love techniques, but it's easy to get lost with what to do with them sometimes, so i always try to make sure to make up some full finished cards for inspiration
Sasha, what a way to get so much from so little products and a great tip for backgrounds tape or even yukky paper 😮😊
Wow, thats a lot of washi tape now looking great in beautiful cards. I know some of mine has less stick now so will keep those ideas in mind. Thanks Sasha
yes it helps if it's not as sticky to tape it down behind, but you could also add some double sided tape to the panel first if you're also worried it wouldnt stick well
I have so much washi tape to use up. Now excited to get through some stash. ❤
Thank you Zoe, i can picture some awesome 12x12 backgrounds with washi on
Hi Sasha. Love these cards. Wonderful job. TFS Keep well. Sending love to you and your family. ❤❤❤

Wow that is a lot of washi. Lovely cards Sasha xx
ha ha, yes, and now i want more. I hate when that happens. When i do some fun cards then start planning my shopping for more products like it, when the whole point in the beginning was to make use of those items and use them
Sasha, what great cards. I'll have to take a look at what I've got. Thanks so much. ❤ 🇨🇦 😊
Hope you do, it's such a relaxing technique to do
I have to get busy! Great ideas; love the "two fers"!

Brilliant video,thankyou.x
Fabulous ideas
Super cool job
So nice
Thank you Sandra
Very fun video
Thank you for sharing this washi tape video, Sasha. I don't have as much as you to play with. Have you tried running through with an embossing folder? It gives it extra dimension,
You can run them through a die cut machine without dies to make them stick better. I use a shim to make sure they stick well.
Great thinking :) Thank you for sharing
🙋♀️💖
I have my washi tapes in my empty foil boxes. They stack nice hardly takes up room
Just curious, would it have helped to adhere your Washi tape if you had run it through your Big Shot? Love your cards!
What made your big shot die?
The handle snapped clean off. I could feel it start to go about a year ago, it was going wonky when i turned it. It lived a long life and had a lot of use
Brat cards
excellent video!!! I had forgotten how many washi I have 🩵
I have lots of washi tape too. Thanks for the ideas. You make beautiful cards worth waiting for. 🏴
Awe Pauline you are always just the sweetest! Thank you
