Hi Chef Yousef! I am a subscriber and I love your recipes. In my diet, I need to eat whole carbohydrates. This means I can eat brown rice, but not white husked rice. Is it possible for me to use brown basmati rice without the husks removed, and make traditional Persian rice according to your recipes? Should I make any changes? Will it still taste good?

Same process, should work ok. I’ve never tried mixing it with traditional Persian food so I can’t comment on that combo but I say, go for it!
