Is there anyway to release parking brake? Only in rainy season, i am facing this issue after driving in rain or water logged area. Removing battery terminal is not helping either. Service centre is not able to diagnose the issue. Can it be released manually?

Bhai mera nano me error code p0172 system too rich Bank 1 ha raha hai. Har ek mechanic ek problem bol rahahe. Changed oxygen sensor, map sensor and plug coil. But no solution. Please help me..
