I had faced the same issue not once but thrice! Once i was stranded 400kms away from home! But after taking guidance from service manager and advisor, they just told me that the red traingle sign that you got early in this video is for high voltage error. This usually happens when battery is heated a lot! At this time you need to wait till battery cools down on itself or you wont even be able to charge your car till that sign goes off. This usually happens when the coolant is not rotating through battery channels to cool it down and that is because tour battery is low! Now for the turtle sign it means limited performance. Had it been only turtle sign then still you can reach home as the car wont go in neutral mode and you can charge it too. I also tried the same solution that you showed in this video of removing the negative of aux battery but it dint work in my case so i had to wait for the battery to cool down by itself.

This issue is well know to Tata Motors and they know the root cause of this issue which is the faulty battery pack cells. Solution of this issue is to replace all the faulty cells of the battery pack which could take few weeks time. In my case even after replacing the cells this issue was not fixed and finally the battery pack was replaced with a new Battery pack in May 2024. It took 2 months for me to get a new battery pack after multiple follow up and escalation up to GM level. This issue is very common with the 1st Gen Nexon EV which are more than 2 years old now. Take away from this video is always carry extension cable to charge your EV in case of emergency like this !!

Press ignition once again drive mode will work. Try this whenever it happens and thank me later. Problem: Ignition is inactive so double press start button, it will resolve the problem.

Today my battery went down suddenly from 48 pecent to 12 percent within 8 minutes and 7km....Now I m watching these type of videos...Tata emergency assistance took 1hr and 7 minutes to book Tow service who will take another 60 mins to reach( after full bahas with customer care)...This Car I bought just before 30 days
Blame few faulty cells in the battery pack, BMS is not able to handle improper internal resistance of the unbalanced cells, TATA needs to use either 4680 battery cell or BYD blade battery technology

I have heard about this issue in one more Tata Nexon Ev, that guy facing it at 5% battery juice left, I think you must show it to the service centre and get the batteries replaced

EV infrastructure needs to improve. I believe GOI should promote hybrid cars till there are sufficient number of charging stations. If this happens in the middle of nowhere then what will the person do? Is there any power bank you can carry in case of emergency situations like this ? If yes do get it.
@@GowthamV07he is saying like newer Li-ion and li-pon battery tech, a newer form of battery will come with different output input, will require a specific motor tuned to the battery, He is just saying that tech is new and will radically change in future so resale will be less in future as people will buy newer tech

This happened with me today, Battery suddently drop from 52 to 25% in 10 min.
Tata SC guy said to charge from 5% to 100%

Disconnect battery negative terminal for 10 minutes and reconnect voila your ev issues will be fixed. Like a reboot of a computer sytsem.
