Okay, as someone who has been abused and assaulted myself, I feel great compassion for any real victims of abuse. I know its worse that many victims aren't believed. I have education in law, criminal psychology & court room litigation. None of this makes me an expert. It's tough to know the truth, yet legally the burden of proof remains with the accusers. It will come down to what a jury believes. Here are my observations in listening to all of the claims: 1. The timing of the accusers in bringing the allegations is a huge red flag. They brought a civil suit years after the alleged incidents took place. This makes them highly suspicious, especially when it is after a box office hit & millions pour in donations. 2. These women were all adults, one married, another an ex-marine who claims to have worked human trafficking operations for over a decade. They were all more than capable to immediately remove themselves from the "most horrific events" of their lives. Nothing was stopping them from leaving at any time, or at bare minimum, not traveling to state after state & continuing to expose themselves. That was willful. No amount of brainwash would stop a married woman or an ex-marine from seeking refuge, highly unlikely. 3. The accusers mention the millions of dollars & huge donors- another red flag that one of the primary concerns is the large amount of money. Why? If this is "the most horrific event of your life" it is unlikely you would be focused on the money. 4. All of the accusers are reading from a letter. The only one who spoke freely focused primarily on her disapproval of the interview process and homed in on the physical work-place injury. None of these point to sexual assault or misconduct! Odd! 5. They expressed disappointment the organization didn't "settle privately," but go on to say how important this case is to make sure that others are victimized. Wait, what?! You want to "speak *your* truth and make sure the donors and any future victims are protected" but you're disgruntled that it wasn't settled privately. That is a direct conflict of claims and needs to be taken into account. 6. They claim "Tim was the worst perpetrator of all." Really? He's worse than the pedophile's? He's worse than the human traffickers? I don't like abusers either, but even with the worst of their claims they still haven't proven he's worse than a pedophile. The accusation makes them lose credibility. 7. Accusers further claim that no children were ever saved? Hmm, that sounds highly suspicious and politically motivated. The OUR provided real footage of at least one major bust. To claim no children were saved makes the accusers look guilty of fraud & slander. There are so many red flags here. One of the women admits her marriage has been broken since. Thats very unfortunate, but perhaps her husband felt betrayed that she didn't come to him for help immediately and instead continued traveling state to state with the man she claims assaulted her? The husband deserved to know that immediately. She still doesn't know why she didn't go home to her husband?! I am not a mind reader, and I certainly feel that true victims deserve to be heard and given the benefit of doubt, but also Tim is innocent until proven guilty. These claims should be made in a courtroom, NOT in the public where all of the jurors can be tainted by their unquestioned press release! I feel strongly about abusers being held accountable and exposed, but this is harder to believe than most hollywood dramas. If I was OUR's defense attorney I would have a field day with this at trial. I will be following. What do you think?
My eyes were crossed when the wife said she didn't know why she didn't go home to her husband... once an attack occurs, I would of Never stuck around and followed the guy from state to state. You made some excellent points of this situation.
I went to the Army reserves when I was 20 years old. I went through basic training and the first phase of my AIT (school.) The second phase was done at a third location. I was training to become an operating room technician. I was sexually harassed by my NCO (officer in charge.) About the third time, I called my now husband, who was my boyfriend at the time, bawling. Telling him I couldn't do this anymore etc... I packed my stuff and snuck out that night to catch the first flight home. True, I was only 20 so maybe being younger I was more scared and able to make the call to come home. However, the fact these women continued to travel with him is a huge RED FLAG. I think you're right about all of this.
I believe he, Tim had to know that this was coming! He stirred the most vile, evil, and morally corrupted stew ever! These people exist and are powerful enough to destroy him.
They won’t destroy Tim Ballard God is on his side doing the purposeGod gave him saving kids. These woman should be ashamed but they are workers of evil trying to take down Good. Good always wins
This is how allegations work. It takes time and akso when victims see their abuser going large scale they may get the push to finally Crack down so the falsehoods and the abuse and power didn't continue.

Looks like she made more friends in these elite child trafficking investigations than she should have . I believe this will come back on them and prove to show how deep the deep state goes.
I can attest as a former mormon that sex abuse is rampant in that church. They coddle men and ignore women. Get out now, you are being DECIEVED!!! It took me 60 years to realize it bc I was indoctrinated as a child, a child who grew into a tormented alcoholic. That church hurts MORE people than it helps. I have hundreds of true stories....I have a TESTIMONY :)
The best way to discredit the movie Sound of Freedom is to discredit Tim Ballard. We are at a time in our society where women are supposed to be believed and men are all predators! Even if Tim Ballard is found to be innocent of all of these charges, his reputation will forever be tarnished.

I can understand the wife/mother saying whatever she thinks will keep the man most stable even for the day. Ya live in survival mode and that makes u do things differently than u would otherwise. Wow. Glad to hear from someone who was in those rooms with the women a Tim and just knows 100% what happened. Even willing to shame potential assault victims for it.
Until I see any REAL HARDCORE evidence from these alleged "victims" proving they were in any way sexually assaulted by Tim Ballard they are just that: an alleged "victim" with their own "testimony"
False. Don’t be misled. This is a reoccurring pattern where these monsters promote themselves as heroes while behind the scenes they’re the villains trying to mask themselves. Look at Jimmy Savile as a perfect example. A well-liked media personality. Rendered a hero for the contributions he made to help kids. Ran a school to help kids…meanwhile behind the scenes he was doing nasty things to those kids including relations with their deceased bodies. There’s many people like this. Tim is one of them.
@@lasvegashula of course he is. Just because you don’t want him to be doesn’t mean he’s not. You can’t just morph reality to your liking. You got duped by a bad guy who did good things. This just doesn’t feel right. I don’t think all that is said here is true. It’s strange about the timing. It feels like the cabal is getting these women to say this all at the same time.
I think she unwittingly just explained the whole religion. Working tirelessly day and night trying to do good, trying to save everyone, always under spiritual attack....... Not knowing you're being manipulated and brainwashed and used the whole time.
I’m a survivor of sexual assault, this term is very important legally. My abuser had a professional and legal responsibility to protect me, colleagues don’t meet that criteria so what are these women actually claiming? I can’t imagine the price people pay to go undercover with the scum of the earth in order to rescue trafficked children, but I’m grateful to those who try. Does anyone doubt the need to make these bad people believe you’re one of them to infiltrate and ultimately end their organization? Are these women claiming that OUR isn’t actually in the business of rescuing children but rather a ruse for one man to abuse women? I have no personal or professional connection to anyone involved, yet I see holes in their stories. First, the absence of the term “Rape”. This is extremely significant and it’s obvious these women chose their words wisely. Second, the woman and former marine stated she was physically injured in a training accident. That seemed to be her chief complaint. Did she file for and receive workmen’s compensation and is she claiming Tim Ballard was responsible for the accident? Were training accidents common? None of the other women mentioned any. Third, their biggest harm appears to be a result of being put in extremely dangerous and sexually charged situations. That couldn’t have been a surprise, especially since Tim Ballard apparently was very open about this during their interviews. I don’t believe Tim Ballard is a perfect person. I don’t think anyone could do this work without suffering mental and emotional trauma. I don’t claim to know anything for sure, but if I wanted to stop someone from shedding light on my multibillion dollar criminal enterprise this is how I’d do it.
The Salt Lake Tribune posted an article on October 10th “Read the lawsuit 5 women filed against Tim Ballard”. There is also a second lawsuit, posted October 11th by KUTV, titled, “Second lawsuit filed by married couple against Tim Ballard alleges sexual assault, financial misconduct”. Both contain the affidavits of all complainants in full.
Also, you’re not asking the right questions: 1. Why did Tim Ballard need a ‘couples ruse’? 2. Why would he single out naive women with no undercover training (as a civilian working for a police agency, I would NEVER be asked to take part in something like this…it would be reckless, irresponsible and a potential liability to the organization)? 3. How many children did they actually save? Where are they now? Why have none of them come forward to tell their stories? In an interview with Fox, Tim said many of them were adults now and he was good friends with them. He said they would be coming out to tell their stories soon and it would be ‘awkward’ for mainstream media who were questioning his (and OUR’s) intentions. That was FOUR MONTHS AGO. Where are they? 4. Why has everybody in his inner circle (the LDS church, Glenn Beck, Tony Robbins, Jim Caveziel, Marisol Nichols, etc) either distanced themselves from Tim? Why have his books been pulled from Deseret Books? If I didn't have to get ready for work, I could keep going with the questions you SHOULD be asking.
@@echomikekilo63 Answer to #3: From reported info I've read in the now 3 filed lawsuits and news journo investigations, it's been difficult to confirm any children have been saved and that Sound of Freedom is said to be fictionalized from stories he gathered and took from other legit anti-trafficking groups (he never really had credentials to do them) and; that Tim really only did 1 rescue that didn't go well besides the Mardy Gardy failure. Could be why none will step forward. He's showing himself as a talker not a doer. Hence, his recently launched FREEDOM protein shake powders 😢
@@echomikekilo63 "You're not asking the right questions because they poke holes in the story! Ask these pointed questions intended for character assassination!" - spoken like a prosecution lawyer. 1. To sell the grift to the traffickers. An undercover agent is more believable with a female partner, for the exact reason you are believing these women's statements. 2. You ASSUME naivete on the part of the women. They were hired for their ability to act, and convince random men the authenticity of their story - clearly Ballard picked women who were skilled, considering they are so effective you're willing to dismiss any and all skepticism and immediately condemn. We can only hope all human traffickers can be convinced as easily. You might not have done that in a law enforcement agency, and that is literally THE reason OUR exists. To get the traffickers that law enforcement can't get to. 3. There is quite a bit of released footage from the trafficking busts. There are many news stories across a variety of countries. The rescue in Cartagena, Colombia, portrayed in the movie was widely reported. OUR also participated in Operation Vesta. Furthermore it isn't even the only rescue operation that Ballard has run. The Nazarene fund rescued people from Afghanistan during the withdrawal. If you honestly think that an organization with dozens of employees, interacting with dozens of law enforcement agencies across the world, for a decade, was just a front so that one guy could trick his way into the pants of some women... I think you need to cognition recalibrated a bit. 4. False accusations destroy reputations. Part of that process is partners, acquaintances, friends, and even family distancing themselves from the accused. Maybe some of them are waiting for proof to come out before making statements of condemnation and conviction like you are. Perhaps we should also ask why these women are only filing civil cases? And ask why only the most recent charge, made this month, is being investigated (as it should be) -- while other accusations against Ballard and OUR have been investigated and subsequently dismissed without charges?
This has happened so many times. Any evidence? Just allegations? Her crying doesn't convince me. I am suspicious of everyone. Ten times assaulted, and stuck around.
You're a female and can see and feel their words and make this opinion about their allegations. Meaning, that coming from a female's point of view and not believing what they are accusing him of works to Tim's advantage.
I'm amazed how many people in the comments are defending Tim Ballard by accusing these women of lying. They seem pretty sincere to me. And note Ballard's defenders are saying EXACTLY what they need to say to discredit the accusers.
let me ask you this. When you get rich and famous (which you never will) and women accuse you of assaulting them. Are you telling the world to believe the accusers? You already admit your crimes ahead of time?😂

Here are just a couple of his lies: Ballard: The boy was was kidnapped from Mexico as an infant. FACT: The boy’s grandmother who was raising him in Banning, California, had known Earl Venton Buchanan almost his whole life- since he (Buchanan) was a child. Buchanan would often take the boy to Mexico to visit relatives, including the boy’s mother, who Buchanan was friend’s with. This perpetuates the myth that kidnapping is major element of human trafficking. In fact, there are few cases where this has occurred. The few that do exist it wasn’t snatch and grab, it was Romeo’s wooing women into trafficking. Usually getting hooked on drugs and the promise of romance. (see Border Patrol agents Ruiza and Apolinar’s reports, as well as the Statement of Facts and Motion to Suppress below under Earl Buchanan Case Docs) Ballard: Earl Buchanan was kidnapping children and trafficking them. FACT: Earl Buchanan was millionaire who started as a plumber and then went into general contracting and invested in real estate. He was known to hire much of the Hispanic population and sometimes would hire illegal immigrants. This is very much a typical pedophile grooms families and victims case. Ballard: The boy was smuggled into the United States FACT: Again, the boy was not from Mexico nor was he smuggled into the United States, he was an American citizen. This is a common misconception with human trafficking as they toy with the right-wing belief that to combat human trafficking you need more border security. In reality, vast majority of human trafficking, almost 99% is perpetrated by family members or close friends of the family or intimate partner of the victim. It would be more effective to attack family values than border security and immigration. It goes to show just how disconnected people are from the subject of human trafficking in general. Including Tim Ballard. Ballard: Earl Buchanan was taking kidnapped children to a compound in San Bernardino FACT: Earl Buchanan had a construction compound in Banning, California, which housed equipment and vehicles. It was accessible to his workers and family, so the notion that Buchanan was taking kidnapped children to a compound to house them and film them and have “thousands of pictures everywhere” is just not sustainable or possible. Yes, Buchanan used a certain room that had a camera to film these disgusting acts against children, but the notion that pictures and chains or this was some torture-sex dungeon is simply just to play up to Evangelists and engage in right-wing fantasy, so they will shell out cash. Ballard then goes into very specific details about his interactions with this victim of trafficking. Which is troubling, because, it simply never happened. At the same time, he makes sure a key marketing gimmick of O.U.R.’s Origin Story- the necklace. Conservative commentator Glenn Beck and Tim Ballard had debuted a replica necklace that you could buy when they first started this grift back in 2014. Ballard: He was a 5 year-old boy. I recognized him from the video. I was like oh my gosh, I never recognized one of the kids from the video. I started to have a physiological reaction. like I don’t know if I can handle this FACT: Ballard had no idea what was going on. He was at his office 45 minutes away. In fact, Ballard would not even receive a phone call until after Buchanan was put in custody and the boy was isolated. Which this should be the end of this report, because court records, border patrol reports and now O.U.R. claims the the depiction in the film was entirely fiction. Except Ballard doesn’t get off that easy. Lynn Packer and I have asked Tim Ballard for years about his “Pedro necklace story” which is demonstrably false. Ballard: The boy “inherently” knew he [Tim Ballard] was a good guy (this plays a lot into Mormon mythology) so he runs to us and jumps in our… my arms FACT: Tim Ballard wasn’t present. He was still forty-five minutes away at his office. Ballard was a Homeland Security Investigations Agent for Homeland Security, not a Border Patrol agent. Ballard: He’s like holding me and shaking and I’m like oh my gosh, does he speak English? Does he speak Spanish? Does he speak both? I don’t know… and he spoke perfect English which was haunting to me because the only reason he did, is because is would be, as it turn out, he was taken as an infant… and he said to me like no five year-old should ever have to say to anybody, he said, “I don’t belong here” FACT: Again, Ballard was not present. Not only does he lie, but he injects magic and sorcery into his absurd fantasies in an effort to perpetuate that he’s possibly been anointed with divine providence or guidance. Ballard’s fantasy and plot lines are unfit for a Lifetime movie script reject pile, but he knows Christians and MAGA republicans eat this stuff up. The notion that this five year-old boy somehow knew “he didn’t belong here” even though he was “kidnaped as an infant” according Ballard. According to court records and Border Patrol reports, the boy appeared distressed when separated from Buchanan (as I said). When the boy was interviewed by a physician, he denied that Earl Buchanan had touched his privates. He called Buchanan “his friend”. Ballard: The thing that happened, call this love, providence or whatever,-to me it was special… is the little boy had a necklace.. that little boy that five year-old.. and his sister had given him the necklace when they were separated by Buchanan and it was a little dog tag and he gave it to me and I had to go find his sister now. So we did, we got her out (Ballard confirms to Lewis Howe). But he gave me the necklace. FACT: Once again, Ballard was not present when the boy was removed from the van and Earl Buchanan was placed in custody. Ballard was called to obtain and preserve evidence. He then would interview Buchanan as a means to verify chain of custody and to obtain any type of confession to support it. The boy’s sister, Yanelli was never kidnapped or separated from her brother. Yanelli’s presence is well documented in this case. Court records and interviews demonstrate that Buchanan often stayed at the boy’s house. There was no necklace. Ballard: I tried to give it{ back to him and he said no it’s yours it yours. This is when he’s hugging me, and I’m like okay so I put it in my pocket thinking nothing of it but later one of my children found it and said “where did you get this?” … I’m like uhhhh how do I tell this story to my kid, I tell my kid what I can. and he said, “isn’t it cool he put your name on the necklace dad?” I said what are you talking about my names not on the necklace!”… I flip it around and it had a little scripture from the bible on it. From the book of 1 Timothy So that was like I was gonna do am I gonna quit or am I gonna go full in? But that little boy whether he knows it or not just gave me a commission and that necklace I wore it for every operation I went on. It was like my symbol, I’m in now FACT: The necklace is simply a marketing gimmick. Again, O.U.R. has said, the story Tim told is simply not true. Border Patrol agents did their job. This really is the end of the story. It wasn’t even Ballard’s arrest.
I am struggling to understand what happened to them? Only one person actually gave a brief overview of what happened and it sounded more like a work place safety organizational problem that yes is absolutely terrible and needs to be fixed, but Tim wasn’t the one who gave her the injury. The first woman ended her statement insinuating that Tim created the company to prey on the women who work there - it’s just far to elaborate. And my last point I struggle with is how they all discussed their shame for coming forward and how embarrassing it was, but it was important for “their truth” to be heard and at the end of the day they’re warriors for doing this… and that they all had the same thought process at the same time to go public Now that’s not to say they aren’t telling the truth but for me that’s no where near enough evidence to just destroy a man’s life completely and stain his reputation forever. If they’re going to televise snippets like this, the entire thing should be so we the general population it is misleading to only show or discuss just one side of the story

1st: The former marine didn't read from anything. 2nd: When you aren't a hardened operator, like a marine, most people are unable to deliver a monologue in an important, high-consequence situation, off the cuff. Think about it,; have you ever watched a Senate hearing? Every guest starts with reading a written statement that they prepared ahead of time. This helps ensure they do not misspeak and that they cover all of the intended parts and statements for their testimony. I think you understand this. I think you, @user-is3tx9eo6c (if that is even your real name 🤔...TIM!), you just want to stir up conspiracy and doubt in the accusations, without any real cause to do so.
and be pissed off about it. They seem too nervous, like they are "lying" for $$$$. The demons who traffick children and run adrenochrome $$$$ lab$ spend all their energy covering up their crimes. They got the bribe $$$$$
ALL victims sharing their testimony write out their statements ahead - because of the emotional impact of needing to share such humiliating information in public. You should be able to figure that out.
Play it out in court. Alot of people can be deceptive for many reasons. No man, or woman should be convicted by words. I saw a report that claims lap dances, showers and sexual assault. I dont even know who Tim Ballard is or who these women are but I won't believe someone just becasue they are a woman. My own brother at 43 STILL HAS to file as a sex offender bc when he was 18 he dated my 16y/o friend. She got mad when he broke up with her, this was in the yr 2000. His lawyer advised him to take a plea cuz if she sheds one tear, a jury could believe her. Took a plea for CSC 4th degree (unwanted sexual touching) ti guarantee no jail time. My brother wouldnt hurt a fly. Not accusing anyone of lying but this, just like all other crimes, should be proven. Theres alot of reasons people may lie.
Exactly, people get accused falsely. O Lord, Tim Ballard has been rescuing children so anything to bring him down with his movie. Only God knows the truth. It happened with Brett Kavanaugh - during his Supreme Court momination so I don't believe these women. America is a rotten nation with such gabbage. O God, save us from lies. To be honest, I am not an American but watch from afar. Liars with crocodile tears and sniffles.
I'm sick of the war on our men and boys. My son had a girl he went to school with LIE and sat he assaulted her. I hired an attorney and she was given a cease and dessist letter. She admitted she lied, my son was devastated by this lie. I don't trust these women at all!
Something else to consider: When you realize who Tim Ballard was going after - people that even the FBI will not prosecute - remember that we have Ghislaine Maxwell's client list, yet no arrests are being made. Anyone with their head on straight today knows what level of people the pedophiles are. They're in our government, especially at the highest levels. It would be far more surprising to me if no one was trying to slander Tim Ballard...think about it. What would some of the wealthiest people in the world do to silence, scandalize, and malign a guy who goes after their kind? The first woman seemed a bit inconsistent to me. If she comes unglued just reading a statement, how does she hold up under the conditions of working for Ballard? And she worked tirelessly, night & day? Didn't sleep? When was there time for harassment? OK, a bit of exaggeration, but why even mention that? What does it have to do with being assaulted? That aside, my bet would still go to the more obvious likelihood that people with lots of money need this guy trashed, and can afford any price and set up to do it.
I wonder if all the Tim defenders will stop saying “until these women come forth publicly I’ll never believe the accusations”. They’ll have a new excuse not to believe these women.
I completely believed Tim and when all this first came out I had no reason not to believe him. The claims were presented more as rumors without any concrete evidence. I always said however that if real evidence was presented I would believe. And now that documents, these interviews, and other evidence is being made public, I do believe it. It is so sad because the idea of Tim was so good. He represented such goodness. It's sad it wasn't the truth
@@TwoTreesVisuals I completely agree. And I did NOT want to fall prey to that! That's a big reason I supported him in the beginning because it seemed like baseless slandering. I've learned to not believe anything I hear in the media unless it's backed up with evidence.
Interesting how none of this came out until now (after Sound of Freedom)and Interesting how these women are reading this stuff out of pages instead of looking at the camera and talking about their allegations. The crying is so fake! I wonder how much they got paid or threatened to lend themselves to do this.
Probably because they know that now it is more likely someone will be paying attention, and that they can find other women who had similar experiences. It's not rocket science. I'm sure you think cosby is innocent

If they killed Jesus, what do you actually think that they are capable of doing to a guy like Tim Ballard and his Agencies and supporters? Court, Evidence.... Let's Get To It! 😉
I hate this because people will look at sex trafficking like it isn't really a big deal or not really happening but it is. We still need to do something. It really does happen.
It VERY rarely happens the way OUR depicts. The industry is not supplied through stranger-abductions. Rather, vulnerable, poorly supervised minors are groomed and exploited, most often in their own home town. The most at-risk children are either those with parents caught up in addiction or LGBTQ youth shunned by their families. It is boring old investigative work, not military cosplay in foreign lands - particularly when the only "Intel" used to direct raids came from a PSYCHIC - that addresses the proliferation of ST.
None of these women seem believable and no human being should be found guilty of anything before a trial of their peers. I didn't hear any of them say what happened to them in any kind of detail!
@gngr2 paid by the pedo ring leaders, could even be threatening their families, anything it takes to discredit or demonize the enemy exposing them to the rest of us.
I find this very hard to believe. You are adult woman, not children who are helpless and cannot defend themselves or have the maturity to know what to do. We need to discern the difference between truth and lies. I hope the truth will be exposed

I'm truly blown away by this. I really thought TB was a genuine man who loved his beautiful family and would do anything to save trafficked children, whether it is boys or girls & women. The deception is hard to stomach. Does this mean that Operation Toussaint was a lie? Does this mean The Sound of Freedom was also a lie? I've been following this story for a while and waiting to actually hear from the victims. Now it's real. These woman are absolute victims. It seems that TB has bamboozled not only a huge amount of people like me but also some very high profile people like Glenn Beck & Tony Robbins. What a sad state of affairs.
Some people were talking about it but they were called pedos and other awful names. Sometimes if there is smoke out there you need to look for the fire and not wave it away.
Well, the people who made The Sound of Freedom admit it was “based” on true stories and if you go read the court documents about the true stories in the movie you see a completely different picture, particularly how much if at all TB and OUR were involved. Also, when you said, “Now it’s real.” I know this probably isn’t what you’re consciously thinking but remember it was always real, you just didn’t know it. Things can be real outside our purview.

I’m still confused on what the details are exactly? As a r*pe victim I had to give details, an actual report and a r*pe kit where they got evidence/dna.
None of them are alleging that. One is an injury sustained during a self-defense class, and several of the others are alleging "groping" aka contact, with neck, and leg, and/or inappropriate non-contact behavior. These are civil cases so far, not criminal. If they had proof, I don't see why they're going to the media, and not the police.
@@DaveMastor how is an injury at a self defense class his fault? What the heck did I just watch? No dates, times, specific details, anyone else that could verify their claims…. And people commenting are just believing them and calling them brave without all that!
@@ca8944 The big one is that he sent one of the women a photo of himself in underwear, showing off his full body fake tattoos for one of the operations. The photo was released; and (*in my opinion) it's not really a sexual photo. There's not really another way to show tattoos on legs and body at the same time - but I can also see why it would be inappropriate under more conventional circumstances. The main thing the photo indicates is that there is unlikely to be more explicit photos, as they likely would've released those for greater effect. In any case, I want to be clear that's not all of the accusations, but those are the ones most of the media seems to be running with.
@@DaveMastor that’s not sexual harassment or assault and it really pisses me off that as a r*pe victim, that they are accusing him of things without specific details. It makes it more difficult for us to be believed. If that’s the only thing that they have as “proof”, I think it’s bs
Former law enforcement officer here. These women’s stories are believable and should be investigated further so that criminal charges can be filed. Ballard is a sexual predator who will not stop until he is brought to justice. Thank you to all of these women for speaking truth to power. You are brave, you are courageous and you are worthy of justice.
Thank you so much Neil. I appreciate that after being discouraged after seeing commenters take up for Tim and these other men. He was trying to force that marine to sleep with one of those guys. It’s just sickening. These poor women wanted to help exploited children and they ended up being the victims. It’s just sick what he did and how he defrauded people and just made everything up. I wonder where he was getting IV ketamine. I am in acute pain due to a rare condition and I had cancer and can’t get the numbing ketamine shots I used to get because my brilliant dr died, and it’s too expensive and I don’t even know if I could take the IV ketamine because I had the numbing shots that were miraculous. I wonder if he was getting the drugs when he went to those foreign counties and if the DEA will investigate. They said he would have someone scribe what he saw. Ketamine can cause hallucinations when you take it in IV form and that’s why a dr is the only one that ever should administer it because they use other drugs to combat that. I’m just blown away at this situation. He has been doing all this for the last 3 years they have had good reporters trying to sound the alarms about him.
As former Law Enforcement, you should know not to believe all accusations, and that you should presume innocence until the investigation is complete and the accused is proven guilty. Stating someone is a sexual predator before it's proven is despicable behavior, and you really should know better if you're telling the truth about your background. Highly inappropriate for law enforcement.
@@DaveMastor Nice comment... this guy has been following Tim around and trying to get his piece of the spotlight too... thank you for your accuracy when commenting on the law and how real men in the uniform are to uphold and serve the law, not themselves.
@@foxibot Incorrect, unless the story is breaking this hour. Criminal charges have not been filed against Tim Ballard (yet). Criminal charges are formal charges made by a law enforcement agency asserting that someone has committed a crime. Firstly, a report is not a criminal charge. Neither is an investigation. A report can lead to an investigation, which if law enforcement is doing their due diligence, they should do upon receiving even a vaguely credible report. These women SHOULD have their reports investigated. Second, a criminal charge is not a conviction. It is an official accusation by law enforcement that the person has committed a crime with probable cause. If charges are filed, the person will be arrested and given an arraignment, which marks the beginning of a legal trial. Innocent until proven guilty. Only once that trial is complete (and the charges are found to be true) is the person considered guilty. Technically there are also appeals, but unless he gets an obviously biased trial like a handful of recent high profile cases in the past few years... I doubt appeals would change anything. Lastly, and this is a kicker, so far all three lawsuits against Ballard (including these women) are civil lawsuits; which are different than criminal lawsuits. Previous criminal investigations against Ballard and OUR have been opened and subsequently closed without bringing charges as recent as the middle of this year.
Exceptional courage and intent. Wishing you all well and in the eyes of millions of us, even though you may feel humiliated, we are so proud of each of you making the outstanding decision to step forward.

It is perfectly OK to help a victim prepare a statement to follow. But, usually the victim will, at some point wander, adding more details. Preparing them for that is normal too What is not normal is that all of these apparently high functioning victims did not stray from the prepared statement. Not even once. But also… it is clear this was edited Why is there no link to the unedited version?
With respect, you’re half right. Sexual assault/harassment happens so much more than most men realize. Talk to any woman, they can tell you a time when a man has caused her to feel uncomfortable, violated, embarrassed or abused. The REAL problem is, sexual assault/harassment is commonly associated to be a “woman’s issue” when in reality, it’s 100% a man’s issue, an issue having to do with either men’s abhorrent treatment of women OR men who are aware of said behavior and condone it by doing nothing. There are amazing, strong and intelligent men out there in all walks of life and women need them to speak out against this!! .

Tim should have hired professionals and kept it professional. Regular civilians, especially lds moms are not set up for undercover law enforcement work no matter the cause. This is very dangerous work and only experienced law enforcement should be hired. This was a bad idea and i know this after being an lds woman working in the field for years. On another note, I'm guessing there was no way for these women to abandon ship? She said no one to help her? Interesting. How could the lds leaders not know to advise Tim to use professionals? Oh, not to mention they have spiritual insite for their community and investments? Not saying they financially supported Tim, they had meetings with Tim. Why would they support Tim in hiring inexperienced young women from his ward and community? In my opinion you do not need spiritual insight or advisement to figure this out, just good old common sense. I see why the woman are stuggling with their choices and out comes.... Just thoughts of mine.
Do you know why this company didn't take it seriously as these women say? Simple it was consensual the times it happened. These women pretend to be victims and come out right after a movie release? Ok.... I am not saying Tim shouldn't have done things different but what do you need to catch a sex trafficker? Anyone know? Someone who can think like a sex trafficker... aka a sex trafficker.... the reason he can think like them is because he has spent so long trying to understand them that he has actually taken on some of the persona. Women especially women in Utah need to learn to take accountability for there actions. These women did not set boundaries with this man. I believe these women believe they were raped because that's how they want to see it. The reason it took them this long to come out with this shows it was orchestrated to oust this man and the organization to defame and get people not to see the movie. Did this company stop any Sex trafficking this should be our first real question. If you were just going all around the country with this man doing nothing but sleeping with him ok... maybe if all of it was for nothing I could believe this more. They women may have slept with him and if he had this much power over them who was the mentally unstable the man? Yes he should not have abused his power but no I would say the Women were more mentally damaged. Why would they be afraid of this man..... attorney general sides with the law not with a man who does bad. I believe this is a lesson for everyone both Male and Female. Men need to not abuse the power they have been given for being a Man and Women need to learn how to respectfully say no, set boundaries or for god sake do something.... other than become an emotional mess because you ARE THE UNSTABLE ONES.

But experts also have studied these things. We see the ins and outs of victims and predators. The average person who has not experienced this would not understand. And that's okay but be careful what you speak on in these situations.
@@ATiredMom Do you know how to say NO? Are they not all adults? These are things taught to you as a child and you are telling me I don't know what consensual is? It is interesting that women waited until he has money from a movie and podcast to bring accusations like this. @@patricianoel7782 Searching for Lynn K. Packard brings up the American Crime Journal website as a top result, which he seems to run as a duo with Damion Moore, who writes articles for Vice. Neither of these people seem to have a presence beyond this site, and an anti OUR podcast they seem to run on TH-cam. Being blunt, these people are both despicable partisans, with no journalistic integrity. Damion Moore ran a hit piece article on OUR which was more of a hit piece on Trump, Conservatives, MAGA, and Christians -- while also managing to defend a convicted child predator -- they are not being objective if their article spends half of it's time maligning a third party, and then trying to use that to attack to supposed focus of the article. Moore specifically wrote that child kidnapping for trafficking effectively doesn't exist, and yet accuses Ballard of kidnapping the children FROM the traffickers, which is not only absurd, but directly contradictory to the "non existent child trafficking" statement. Most of the commenters in this section seem to be blindly accepting these women's accusations without due process, and either in their initial comment or upon mild prodding will start speaking vitriol about Mormons and Trump. Now I'm not a Mormon, but this behavior is highly suspect, and appears to be agenda driven, much like Lynn Packard and Damion Moore - two individuals who don't even seem to exist outside their crusade against Mormons (despite many claims of accomplishment for Packard, the first google result is a different Packard), which seems to use OUR and Tim Ballard as a tool to attack Mormons. Ironically everything to them is a conspiracy that ties back to "QAnon Conspiracy Theorists". It's very clear that some deep political hatred is driving this two "journalists", as well as many of the commenters here who mostly see and demand a guilty conviction for Ballard which can be used to further their political agenda. Something is extremely amiss here.

Of course you don’t believe them. It’s not about smearing the movie.. did you not know that Tim Ballard was connected to the Hillary Clinton Foundation? There’s a lot of information online if you look for it.
I'm certainly not going to defend Tim as I don't know anything about him or any of these events, but from what I've heard Tim was removed after this behavior came to light. They provide zero details that prove OUR was aware of or a knowing participant in the actions of Tim. They name zero names of anyone that "allegedly" knew of Tim's acts. If' it exists why isn't that info provided. The only name mentioned is Tim's... the guy who got fired. Wouldn't there real beef be with the people that "knew and did nothing"? Who are those people and why are their name omitted? This to me is an important detail that is barely mentioned and seemingly glossed over each time that it is. Seems to me they don't know of anyone... So, with Tim being removed, I do find it odd that these women are seeking to take money away from an organization that was founded and appears to have done good work. I don't blame them for being pissed off, if the allegations are true. It is curious though that "someone has to pay" and clearly the only one with the "ability" to pay any real money is the very organization that fired Tim for what he did. It seems they aren't as dedicated to stopping the evil of child trafficking as they'd like everyone to believe. This is a sad story all the way around.

For people criticizing them reading their statement, this is quite common and why it’s called a prepared statement. So you get to your bullet points and don’t have a brain freeze from the trauma of having to make a statement publicly or get off topic. It gives the bullet points of what has happened. So please don’t use the weak argument that there is something wrong with having a prepared written statement to get clarity when you speak and so you won’t get scared and forget what you wanted people to know and what happened.

I have education in law, criminal psychology & court room litigation. None of this makes me an expert. It's tough to know the truth, yet legally the burden of proof remains with the accusers. It will come down to what a jury believes. Here are my observations in listening to all of the claims:
Excellent argument
I think you are spot on, it's so easy to see they are actors.
Many of my thoughts are the same.

Also, you’re not asking the right questions:

Or is that just the reality that you WANT to be true?
Here are just a couple of his lies:
Ballard: The boy was was kidnapped from Mexico as an infant.
(see Border Patrol agents Ruiza and Apolinar’s reports, as well as the Statement of Facts and Motion to Suppress below under Earl Buchanan Case Docs)
Ballard: Earl Buchanan was kidnapping children and trafficking them.
FACT: Earl Buchanan was millionaire who started as a plumber and then went into general contracting and invested in real estate. He was known to hire much of the Hispanic population and sometimes would hire illegal immigrants. This is very much a typical pedophile grooms families and victims case.
Ballard: The boy was smuggled into the United States
FACT: Again, the boy was not from Mexico nor was he smuggled into the United States, he was an American citizen.
Ballard: Earl Buchanan was taking kidnapped children to a compound in San Bernardino
FACT: Earl Buchanan had a construction compound in Banning, California, which housed equipment and vehicles.
I started to have a physiological reaction. like I don’t know if I can handle this
FACT: Ballard had no idea what was going on.
Ballard: The boy “inherently” knew he [Tim Ballard] was a good guy (this plays a lot into Mormon mythology) so he runs to us and jumps in our… my arms
FACT: Tim Ballard wasn’t present.
I don’t know… and he spoke perfect English which was haunting to me because the only reason he did, is because is would be, as it turn out, he was taken as an infant… and he said to me like no five year-old should ever have to say to anybody, he said, “I don’t belong here”
FACT: Again, Ballard was not present.
It was like my symbol, I’m in now
FACT: The necklace is simply a marketing gimmick.
And my last point I struggle with is how they all discussed their shame for coming forward and how embarrassing it was, but it was important for “their truth” to be heard and at the end of the day they’re warriors for doing this… and that they all had the same thought process at the same time to go public
Now that’s not to say they aren’t telling the truth but for me that’s no where near enough evidence to just destroy a man’s life completely and stain his reputation forever.
If they’re going to televise snippets like this, the entire thing should be so we the general population it is misleading to only show or discuss just one side of the story
Good point, seams like they are struggling to read "their thruth".

I agree about she was just given a piece of paper to read. If it was so traumatizing to her and the others, they wouldn't have to read no paper at all. To me it's just a bunch of allegations and lies because Tim Ballard is a man of God and a father to his children and a husband to his wife.
M'kay. You have a pre-existing bias against any accusers of sexual assault AND you know nothing of the case. Gotcha.
Yes it needs to be played out in court! I'm not convinced....
I just hope they're willing to listen.

I wonder if he was getting the drugs when he went to those foreign counties and if the DEA will investigate. They said he would have someone scribe what he saw. I’m just blown away at this situation. He has been doing all this for the last 3 years they have had good reporters trying to sound the alarms about him.
As former Law Enforcement, you should know not to believe all accusations, and that you should presume innocence until the investigation is complete and the accused is proven guilty.

@@DaveMastor they have criminal charges against Tim. One of the women just filed a report against him.

Most men will never comprehend the feeling of not just being violated but, in a sense, being robbed of life, of the ability of feeling vulnerable, to have peace. I wish more men understood this and spoke out against it because this isn’t our problem to fix. You’re an amazing woman! Your story is so inspiring. Thank you for sharing it. ❤️
@@LizaFergisonI’m so sorry that happened and ultimately you were graped twice from that detective, I hope you complained and he was fired but I completely understand if you didn’t but maybe if ever have the courage one day you can because one good thing is the statue of limitations has been taken off that crime so time doesn’t matter anymore and I think thats federal so it applies to all states, hope I’m not wrong about that if I am I apologize! Godspeed ;)
I wonder how much they are being paid to say this!?
I get that feeling so strongly not just from the women...but from a lot of the people commenting. There is just something very off about a lot of the comments.
check the women's bank accounts .. lie detectors all around. it seems a deliberate destruction call long after these events cause questions to get to the truth. its suspicious. these women seem to want to destroy child trafficking awareness vs a personal beef with Tim Ballard. throwing this into public Square for emotional backing .. caution to find clarity
Hollywood sent them an ACH. Check their bank accounts. Mainstream media at it again.
Predators aren't capable of that
Predators are predators woulldn't have mattered much. He'd prob do same with all the other his companies he was taking money from our to his.
@@The_Anderalyou are not educated how manipulation and mental control works. Things may appear "consensual" but that does not make it consensual. I'm glad clearly something like this has never happened to you so you don't get it. But stop being quick to judge what is actual abuse or not. No one except those in that room will know for sure.
I know that word better than you will ever know. Your inability to see reality. These women had multiple opportunities to step away, multiple chances to say NO. Multiple opportunities to turn this man in.... Its only coming out now that a movie is release? Manipulation is what women do best. It is actually the easiest thing to identify because manipulation is always selfish.
Wow, there's a river of tears flowing down her cheeks....a pool of water under her nose and chin...and she remembers exactly wat she wrote.

Listening to this and I have no idea what they’re actually accusing him of?
Neither do the accusers .
They’re too busy being victims to explain what actually happened! Smh
These women are wicked !
You women are amazing for speaking up like this to help others. So sorry you went through this.
It is interesting that women waited until he has money from a movie and podcast to bring accusations like this. He needs to be very upfront about any inappropriate behavior as a married man in order to be believable. I think their desire for money triggered them. I am a pretty good judge of character, and Tim doesn't give me that creep vibe. I worked in a prison, and recognize them fairly easily. The host of the Today show that left after accusations always gave me that vibe.
Apparently your not a very good judge of character.
Really? I immediately got a creep vibe from Tim Ballard. Everything I’ve learned about him since has confirmed that vibe.
I hear you! All about the $$$
Women do not lie about this, especially for money! Do you know how much courage, faith, strength it takes a women to come forward to a powerful man and organization, and church who covered up. Stop insulting women! Tim is a good actor! It’s happens alot when some predator gets name in press, gets known, then this dark stuff comes out!
I bet they're being paid off! I don't trust them
Courageous Woman!!! Good for you & good for the TRUTH! Much Love and Strength coming your way. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
The extent of hiding and justifying sexual assault is unimaginable.
Bishops call the lawyers then the predators are protected
Police officers do it ALL the time
When will these truths be HEARD ?
The silence is deafening. 😢
deafening is the perfect example
I supported OUR and I’m dishearten that Tim Ballard turned out to be a liar and a fraud.
Don’t be fooled!!!
I am disappointed that you believe these women who are only after his $$$. They all "stayed" and enjoyed his company.
I recommend Tim Tebow Foundation. Tim Tebow appears to have the highest integrity.
@@RCGWho I wouldn't be too quick to trust Tim Tebow either. He's a guest speaker for 'Life Surge' which is basically just a way to scam gullible Christians into paying exorbitant sums of money for "financial coaching classes"... I'm talking $14,000 - 30,000 dollars just for some classes that teach you the very basics on how investing in stocks work. :'/
It's sad to say but unless he is a total idiot he's likely just using his positive image to make a huge profit off of gullible Christians who admire him because he's famous.
Lots of victim-blamers and shamers in this comment section (and some of the comments are quite cruel).
I find it ironic (and not at all surprising) that the same people who called critics of Tim and SoF 'pedos' and 'sex traffic supporters', are now loudly defending an accused sexual predator.
Riddle me this: Would you speak to sex-trafficked women and children this way? Would you call them liars? Say THEY should be punished? Demand they provide evidence?
Your hypocrisy is telling.
The idolatry of "people" is so disappointing. This man isn't Jesus. The best of us fall, why would he be any different. Justice is coming

It's a lie. They are just after him for exposing the truth. This woman is an actress.
It really sounds like the first woman was having an affair and is now claiming sexual assault to save face

okay i am very confused. Tim ballard had a movie that is against Sex trafficking and sexual abuse and they claim he would be a part of this???? but why are they doing this right after the movie????? i'm against Sexual assault but why would they go up against a man who saved 3800 children??? That is a real man, they're going up against a real man. a real Hero, a real law enforcer, i'm Fucking Confused by this.
Good for these ladies. What was done to them is unacceptable. Criminal charges need to be filed. What is done in the dark, will always come to light! These women are heroes and I’m proud that they are taking their power back! ❤

Thank you Salt Lake tribune for covering this horrific story.
It has been hidden from the public for too long.

See also series of articles by Lynn K. Packard. He’s been covering this man for the past 7 years!! 😮
@@patricianoel7782 Thanks for the tip on the Lynn Packard investigation. Bookmarked.
Someone else in comments had mentioned the investigation by The Blaze into the women's allegations. ...It is pretty damning and details Tim's grooming and manipulation method. Many comments here were asking for the real proof of the claims. The article explains his method of insisting that the women regularly delete the many privately texted instructions he sent to them, regarding the sexual methods they were to engage in, in service to the "operation."
I can make a story up too. On our trip to cartagena he told me to pretend to be his wife by French kissing and touching his butt while blending in with the rest of the citizens in el valle del fuego while this was happening I felt a certain emotional shock since this wasn't something I had signed up for and did not consent but while I was with him a cartel member looked at me and asked if I could go with him. I stared at Tim with fear not sure what would happen. Etc. it's easy to lie and make up stories.I did not want to keep going since I have things to do these women volunteered. I don't feel bad for them but the many children that get abducted for sick perverted peoples pleasure is disgusting.
I don't believe this. Define sexual abuse? LOOKING AT YOU? A hug? Funny how this comes out to SMEAR THE MOVIE OF SOUND OF FREEDOM.
Do a little research, and you'll be amazed!
These women are incredibly courageous! I truly hope they get Justice and that Ballard & OUR are held accountable!!!!
Incredible courage on display here.
@floodlitorg I agree wholeheartedly. These women are strong and courageous!

Incredible courage to make such fools of themselves! These women are obvious liars. And very bad actors. How much are you silly commenters being paid to say stupid stuff?
incredible lies and deception. Political theater. Paid actors. Unfortunately most don't have the gift of discernment and are not in tune with other's emotions. These people are disingenuous. Not one real emotion coming from them.
If it really happened then there is no need of a written statement it’s embedded in your mind these aren’t notes with bullet points these are prepared by experts by a staff or team not in there words but prepared words for them to claim are there’s all with uncontrollable sobbing except soldier girl she comes off smart and tough but yet she dropped her panties and now she’s a victim….no they all had sexual relationships not raped if the allegations are even true this is a overplayed tactic of smear takedown time to investigate the women see the money trail dig into the handlers the lawyers this is a set up
