@yogainternational1 I have been having trouble getting clarity on how the breath is to be performed during the mantra. She says inhale on Sat and exhale on Nam. The inhalation is difficult for me to make the Sat sound without gasping. Can you please advise? Thank you!
You aren't supposed to inhale on Sat and exhale on Nam. You simply bring the navel in on Sat and release on Nam. Your breath will just normalize and find its way. :)

So i need make a voice of "Sat' and "Nam", not in mind?
That's correct!
I found that saying it in mind works well also so that i can focus better on the breath
🤣🤣SAT KRIYA is translated in french into "Corée du Sud " that means South Korea🤣🤣
