- Summer Shiflet took the stand Tuesday in her sister's trial. Part of the testimony included an emotional recording of a phone call between the sisters after Lori was arrested.
Lori is perhaps the most evil woman ever. Her child was not just murdered- Tylee was butchered like a hog. Like an animal. Then her butchered body burned in a damn fire pit🤮😡 Sick sick sick. Evil evil evil. Just for this act alone Lori AND Chad should receive the harshest penalty. Omg

Charles was killed in Arizona. There are actual body camera interviews of Charles begging the police in Arizona for help.
They are still denying they had enough inconsistencies to arrest them, I guess were supposed to believe Charles lost his life trying to protect the contents of HIS phone yet they let Lori take the phone , then when questioned on the stand all detective Yanclan said was we got the phone from Lori when she was in a red car.

They didn't question anyone. Adam had to call them 2 months later because he was the last person known to be with him. He and Rex shed a lot of light on what the police didn't do.

Lori's family cannot blame Chad for all of this because she has been conspiring to kill or kill people for awhile. I don't believe Tylees father died from a heart attack either. Sadly, I agree. She’s been manipulating her family since childhood, I would guess. They probably can’t even see it. It’s so horrible when people have personality disorders, they don’t even know there’s something wrong with them. Serious personality disorders run through my family and I’m so grateful to have been the scapegoat. Scapegoats get to see the dysfunction, the others usually just keep repeating the pattern. Can you imagine being a monster, but thinking you are just the most correct, brilliant, perfect person? Can you imagine the damage you could do if you believed you were smarter & better than everyone else? This kind of damage.

Absolutely. I couldn’t stomach that conversation with Summer and her mother. It was so obvious to everyone but them. But I’d defend my sisters too without proof. Hearing the pain in her voice in a few of these videos since then, it’s very evident she is devastated. So sad.
The change in loris voice on the voicemail - from that baby voice/baby talk/light, higher pitch - to when she said “I DIDNT.” towards the end of the call!! Holy sh!t. She went from the man!pulative cutsie talk, straight to ev!l psych0path who’s mask slipped when she wasn’t convincing someone of what she wanted. That was a bit chilling, and extremely telling of who she is.

This answers some questions I had regarding Alex. Lori took advantage of Alex's inability to develop an adult brain past the age of 16 due to his car accident. This explains a lot to me why she had such a hold on Alex and used him as her little pawn. She manipulated him to do whatever she asked of him. Alex is in no means forgiven for what he may or may not have done in his participation of the children's murders. Summer did well on the stand considering they did not ask her a few questions I would have liked answered. And as far as the Zombie question being sustained she still didn't have an answer for it. Pointless. Summer may have been protecting Lori still from the outside. I don't think she can help herself. She truly loves her sister after all that has been said and done. At least in the recorded phone call I can finally hear her blast Lori, and is redeemable for the silence and the TV interviews which now seems so long ago. I hope this family can get some kind of peace after this trial is over. Chad is not just to blame for the children's death, nor Alex> Lori also had her pretty little hand in on this. She's no victim. She believed she had a front row seat with the 144,000 souls for the rest of eternity at the cost of her children's lives. To her, her children are in happy in Heaven waiting on her to come. I'm sure they are safe in the arms of God, but not how she thinks. She will live the rest of her life in a prison cell and die of old age, then she will be judged for her actions on Earth, and I don't believe she will pass through the Pearly Gates. Alex will be waiting for her and it won't be in Heaven. Despicable human beings.

What bothered me about Summers call was the focus on the disposal of the bodies, not the ending of the children's life. I'm glad summer called her out on smiling on the beach when the kids were gone but I would have loved to hear someone say to Lori: THE KIDS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. IF SOMEONE ELSE HARMED THEM WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL....YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE ONE TO CALL POLICE. Summer allowed Lori to get away with insinuating that there was some unknown story that would make this all ok. When really there can be no other conclusion to Lori covering up their deaths other than that she was in on it.

I absolutely did not like summer for a long time. What her and her mother sat there defending Lori knowing the kids were gone they didn't know where they were Laurie refused to put them in a room with a piece of paper and take a picture like her mother said and they defended her I did not like summer or her mother at all. But once this call came out and I heard her say what everybody wanted to how she was on the beach and smiling and happy and taking pictures while her kids were in the ground. And then she has the nerve to say that was months after I was trying to find happiness, that is exactly why your lawyer just now why you talking to anybody on the phone. Is that right there shows she knows her kids were gone she knew that they were dead and quit trying to find happiness with Chad. Because according to her and witness phone call she was trying to find happiness so obviously you were upset that your kids were gone she knew they were gone she knew exactly what happened to them to rot in prison. And I'm happy her sister called her out on her garbage I so much more respect for summer now than I did before. Watching the video of her and her mother defending Lori like Lori didn't do anything wrong and then she calls her out about the kids being in the Pet Sematary and another part of Chad's property yeah her sister's not a cold-hearted monster I thought that she was.
