The beginning of this theme always seemed a little ominous to me like the finalizing and ending of a person's life and entering Heaven then the music gets peaceful. It bothered me a little as a kid but I've grown to appreciate the beauty now that I'm an adult. Eventually the theme has grown on me.

I bought a nice used version of the soundtrack from that show (pre-2000 instrumental songs), which includes 29 other songs (+ the intro theme). Let me know if there is a certain instrumental song they used to play that you liked, I can find it right away and post it up on here as a video.

Actually, this song is from the soap opera itself--you only hear the intro version these days. I made a few adjustments on the song to make it sound better. It actually sounds kind of compressed lol.
