The Wikipedia page titled "List of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno episodes (1992-1995)" lists Alec Baldwin and Brooke Shields as the guests on November 1. Getty Images agrees with this and has photos of Alec Baldwin on the show that night with that date. Plus, that was a Wednesday in November of 1995, so SeaQuest 2032, Dateline, and Law & Order would have been the NBC primetime lineup.

I never liked a show that didn't go back to the title design before fading out. Most shows did, but there were a few that didn't. It always bugged me somehow when they didn't...
