    Way to go, Sarah! I'm sorry I missed you at the expo and at any point during the race. I struggled after mile 7 when the humidity set in. Ugh!

    Congrats in doing the half! So many people say it's a rough course because of the hills and bridges, so I'm glad you survived. My aunt ran the marathon (her first). Hope you got to see and enjoy the city (aside from what you saw on your run)!

    Congratulations on finishing the half marathon. You've inspired me to jump back into it after my bubs is born. I'm 21wks pregnant and have high blood pressure so have been ordered not to run by my Dr but I've added this video to my watch later so I can be inspired again after baby arrives.

    Congratulations, Sarah!!!! So happy for you!!! You've definitely been an inspiration for me in the past several years with running and fitness, I've been loving following your journey!! I ran my first half marathon in the beginning of April and I would love to work on improving my pace and stride for future races, what suggestions do you have for that? Thanks!!!! :)

      +Brittany Moore I worked with a run coach to improve my speed. Make sure to incorporate tempo runs and intervals. You need to practice running the pace you want to race at during training! Check out racepacewellness.com - she was my coach for Boston but had programs for less individualized coaching

      +Finding a way I arrived on Friday and left Monday. Really enjoyed the city though! It was gorgeous and had great food.

    I'm running my first half marathon this month may 21 can you do a video on running your first half tips? I'm running with a lower back injury so I haven't been able to train as much as I'd like so hoping for the best!!

    As another breastfeeding mother of an almost 3 month old, my main question is what sports bras do you find most supportive? Congrats on the half !

      +Kathleen Shubie I wear the under armpit armour bra, moving comfort Juno and a lululemon one but not sure the style for running.

    Congrats on the half marathon! I ran a half when my son was a baby and I know it's not easy when you're nursing. ;) What kind of running belt do you use? I'm in the market for a new one for my next half marathon training! Thanks!

    OMG, We built this City was like my most favorite song. I'm 36, curious, you must be around my same age. I'm going to have to listen to that. I didn't realize you could listen to music during a marathon. That would make it go along a lot better. I have to have music!! We actually had the Capital Half City marathon here this weekend. (It interfered with my mom and I going to yoga at the gym out west. So we did some work out at the north location). Itsjudylife is training for its either a half or full marathon. I've been thinking about you. Columbus has a lot of marathons, if you ever come to one here, I'd cheer you on!! I live downtown. Say hi to tommy. I don't know too much about GNC. I get low iron sometimes, and have to take a multivitamin, I was actually on a prenatal one for awhile until they discontinued it. I want to go to the gym (the north location), tomorrow.

    Cambria Joy's channel recommended Quest Bars, GNC has it, I looked!!! I have Whey powdered protein. Cookies and cream is the best. She's training to be a fitness trainer? or, what is it called.

      +HorrorBeautyFX stretch,massage or foam roll day after. After that an easy jog or elliptical. I'm usually good after two days.

    hi sarah , i've watched your channel for a long time now, i have three kids all grown now, recently the Lord has put it in my heart to tell you Jesus is coming soon, He loves you so much, and wants you to know Him better, i've backslid a couple of times,, but the Lord has laid it in my heart to let you know that time is short ,,, the Lord is coming soon,,, please don't turn away from him, and don't take the mark of the beast, don't take the rfid chip when it comes,,, i want you to be ready ,,, He is coming soon, there is an urgency i feel for you from Father God... i love you so much too, God bless you and your son too,,,, i pray for you constantly for both of you,,,,God bless,,, i watch you all the time you are so inspiring,,, keep up the good work you have done......:)
